A Sad Final Update on Jeff Brown :-(

Hi everyone,
I just spoke with Jeff's best friend Ron.
It's not the news I wanted to hear at all.
They absolutely do NOT expect Jeff to recover. He should have shown signs already, but he hasn't made any improvements.
He will eventually be moved to a nursing home. :-(
The "state" will move to sell all of his properties and assets to pay for his long term care.
I'm still trying to process this.
I believe he is only 57 years old.
Even Melissa Jeane was talking with Jeff a lot in the few months before we lost contact.
Jeff enjoyed those conversations.
There are times that Jeff does NOT recognize Ron, but most times he does.
I don't know what more to say.
Although, I was never there, I'll remember the Guzzle table and when his friends were over there and Jeff shared it in his blog posts. So long Humphrey letting us know Hump Day was approaching. I'm sure they'll find a home for Kitty.

Jeff's last book he Co-Authored with me was an Amazon Bestselling Book. He did not remember receiving it.
FriSatSu is a concept that he came up with many, many years ago.

Hi Mel,
I thought I would read the other posts before replying to find out what had happened to Jeff Brown, AND to be honest I didnt know that anything had happened to him because of the time difference between us, I am in the UK.
I am sure that I have spoken with Jeff Brown previously through Wealthy Affiliate but it is always sad when you see that somebody is unwell and that their lives have been turned upside down in a matter of weeks.
It just goes to show that you never know what the next chapter of your life will bring.

Ty for the update. I am so sorry to hear this news. Jeff is still young so there is hope that he will recover with the proper care and treatment.
My morning coffee will never be the same again. I always started my day with a strong coffee and a read of Jeff's blog. I'll truly miss that - the WA platform will never be the same either.
If you read this thread Jeff I wish you all the best mate and hope to see you back in the future.

Thank you for the update; it's appreciated.
I'm really sorry to hear the news about Jeff, it's so sad.
I had so many good conversations with him over the years.
I believe we need to pray for a miracle that Jeff will be totally healed, it's possible, as Jeff was a man of faith.
He was definitely the comment king, Mel, I used to joke with him about that, I remember your blog post on the subject.

I can't believe this, Mel....I am just shocked and definitely not the news I was hoping for...Oh my gosh I am really sorry for poor Jeff but I do hope they will take care of kitty if they ever decide to adopt him. :'(
Jeff will surely be forever missed within' the WA Community. I just can't believe that noone saw the signs that seem to be going on in Jeffs' health!

Thank you for the update on Jeff. It is sad news indeed. Praying for him. Yes, he will be remembered as the king of comments on WA and he was a regular when it comes to commenting on my blogs. I am sure many missed his presence already.

Thanks for the update about Jeff! There are no words to express how sad I am to hear this news about Jeff. He is still alive and all we can do is to pray daily for his healing and recovery.
My heart goes out to his family and friends, Kitty and the Blog Dogs. With prayers and faith, anything is possible. He will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts.
WA will not be the same without his daily blog posts. Let's all hope for a miracle for Jeff!

So sad to hear about Jeff's condition, definitely not what I was expecting. I wouldn't give up on Jeff yet though...where there's life, there's still hope for recovery and healing. It may take time, but you never know, that might be what he needs to heal. Sending hope and prayers for Jeff and his full recovery. 🙏

I'm really sad to hear this, Mel :(. I was hoping he would recover and be back with many more blog posts and stories of his friends, Kitty, the Blog Dogs, and the guzzle table. Jeff and I started here at around the same time, at the end of 2017 I think, so it's been over 6 years of chats on this platform.
He would always ask me how my little pug, Peggy, was doing.
Peggy and I will send our healing thoughts to Jeff, his family, and his friends.

😥 oh no that wasnt the news that we all wanted to hear. Oh my! Sad indeed however there may be some glimmer of hope you never know. I know some people have improved when they get care from nursing home. Prayers for him is going to be long term. He can get therapy hopefully over time there just might be some hope. As the brain takes long time to recover. Keep praying. 🙏 hes young so its possible. My faith is strong. He might over time. Hes not gone yet. Hes still alive that counts for something. Don’t wipe him off just yet. Anything is possible! Believe in it and have some hope.
