what domain names have i registered through WA?

This is your SiteDomains area of WA, and that is where you are going to be able to see what domains you have registered here. :)
Up at the top where it says Websites, if you click that a drop down menu will appear.
The third option down should be Site Domains. Click that and it should tell you the domains and expiration date and a setting for auto renew that is likely on by default.

For any websites hosted here, you need to arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases, as you would be locked out of the platform; site support backups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
You may reach out to site support for a backup of your websites.
Also, domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days.

So far as I know I have deleted ALL my files from https://messianic-karaite.com/wp-admin, but when I try to go to my website (messianic-karaite.com) it STILL goes to WP instead

Please try to build your website again in a few minutes." Of course, I HAVE tried to build my website again in a few minutes a number of times now, but I haven't given up yet.
Of course I know WA uses WP. What I meant is that I still can't use the WA site editor--it always takes me to WP.
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

If you edited a document in site content and published it, future edits has to be done in WordPress. Site content and WordPress work independently.
I'd place my images in a document in site content and publish it to my site. it will be added to my WordPress media library. Then delete the “temporary image” doc in site content so that it does not get indexed as well.

I'm STILL trying to choose a theme. Does anyone know which WA themes are Full Site Editing enabled?
I use Blocksy Agency, but I also have the GeneratePress premium, Divi, and Oxygen. I tried the Thrive suite, but I wouldn't say I liked it.
The majority here uses the GneratePress.
I test it first before buying in because that can be expensive.
You want to ensure they are responsive, extremely light, fast, well-coded, SEO optimized, flexible, adaptable, and customizable.
You may try GeneratePress or Premium, where you can extend the theme and have many layout templates.

when you goto selecting your theme then you can apply the filters...
and one of those is for fse...
if you have never designed a site before then choose a standard theme liks blocksy, kadence, or generatepress and work on the fse theme on a test site...
don't forget ot create content too as this is what your visitors are after...
