Hi Marcy, if you click on your google+ pic and copy the URL at the top, it ends with a string of numbers. then you can be added. The link you posted is the main page and it sends the person back to their own google+ profile. Should look something like this https://plus.google.com/106591798353039117932
That one is mine, btw. You can also choose to sign up with your own name, and although it is free now, google retains the right to change that at any time in the future.

Hi Marcy, I think the best path to success on Internet while working full time is to do a little bit every-day, take a lesson, work on an article, read on your niche, etc. And In a few months this will begin to pay back and get you traffic! I am convinced that if you do that, in a few years you will be able to say "I quit my job" and still make as much money!
