DO I NEED TO UNINSTALL THEN RE-INSTALL SITEKIT AFTER BUYING A ".COM" DOMAIN AND TRANSFERRING MY " SITERUBIx.COM TO THAT NEW DOMAIN?
You cannot install Site Kit on a .siterubix.com website, so ti doesn't work. But if you have SiteKit installed on another website, you will need to set it up with your new website. :)

How do I add a sitemap to search console?
Kyle and Carson have you covered here, Marcus :) Kindly keep us updated on your progress.
Hey Marcus - great question! Additionally to what Kyle mentioned, Jay posted a Video Blog about this here: How to Add a Sitemap to Google Search Console Let me know if you have any questions or need a hand at all with setting this up :)
Carson
I have sitekit working so I assume the sitemap is OK in search console. The REAL PROBLEM IS THAT I'm having problems indexing due to ROBOT,text file
Hi Marcus - it's not possible to "index" on a SiteRubix.com site - move your website to a domain of your own and you'll start to get indexed!
A SiteRubix.com website is your draft/practice environment - you need your own domain to rank :)
This is not something that you have to do manually. If you set-up Console through Google SiteKit, all of this is done for you.
Do you have Google Site Kit set-up?

every page I try to get to index in search console gets refused with a Robots text warning. How can I overcome this?
Can you please give us the URL?
You can try to input the site:[domain].com into Google and see what you get... Of course, changing the domain with yours...

question 1 - Is the PAGE TITLE a header? If so is this H1?
question 2 - or does H1 start on the page?
question 3 = What would be the header level of an article short i
Your post title is H1 and that's automatically done, you can't change that.
From then on, all headings are H2. If you have subheadings within your H2 headings, then it'll be H3.
Not sure if this answers your question 🙂
