What I do when I tag any post, training or tutorial is put a general heading then specifics. For instance Google - Indexing, Google - Fetching etc. Having a main heading helps to find it later. I hope this helps you?

In the headline tag post as Michael says identify the purpose of the tutorial. this will help Google resonate.

This is a question I had too. Both are public sites, as in, visible on the public domain. Won't search engines see this as duplication? I left mine for a little while until i was happy all was working I back up both and then deleted the siterubix one.
At some point, your siterubix will be very useful for testing some things you want to do whether for your own website or for someone else you want to help.
Keep the old one for testing, it can be useful. Just remove all what is already on your own domain.
You can either delete it or transfer the whole thing to your own domain or any others. It is easy. There is a delete button in SiteRubix and also a move button therein.

It can help me to choose the best keywords to target, optimize my content based on suggestions given by Squirrly plugin. You can go and check that plugin by going to http://www.squirrly.co/ site.
I check my site health on a regular basis. Using the site feedback and site comments really helps. I have gotten a few good pointers so far from site feedback.
