Understanding Site Health
I've noticed that people are concerned about their site health so I thought I would try to help some of you understand what these numbers mean and how I improved my own stats.
First of all, I want to mention that these stats are just guidelines to show you where you sites could possibly be improved. They don't tell you anything about how well your site will rank.
Publishing Frequency: When this tool was introduced, my stats were 30%. I was a little lazy in November. I've been publishing 1 post per day for a couple of weeks now and that stat shot up pretty quickly.
Visitor Engagement/Your engagement With Visitors: You can't always rely on visitors to leave comments but you can ask members of the community to comment on your posts.

Those 3 threads are the best place to ask for comments. And please remember, it is give and take so be sure to offer to return the favor.
Also, be sure to clean out your spam comments every day and always respond to legitimate comments. This will quickly bring both of those visitor engagement stats to 100%.
Plugins: This is easy enough. I have 8 active plugins on my site.
Google Ranked: If your site isn't Google ranked yet, all you need to do is create and submit a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools.
Content Quality And Variety: If you are being thorough and original with your content, this one is easy as well. Just be sure that your posts are a minimum of 400 words.
Site Trust: This is the one people are most concerned with. Increasing your site trust is easy enough to do but it will take time. Frequently publishing new posts and interacting with your readers will tell Google that you are serious and in it for the long haul.
The stats from the image above are for a site that is nearly 2 years old.
I have a site that is 6 months old which is at 50% site trust. That tells me that activity + time = trust.
