The best place to get feedback on your site is on the official thread right here: Please Give Me Feedback on My Website My thoughts - it's nice & simple, easy to read... I'd recommend just going to work on adding more content now :)

Hi - have you tried refreshing your browser? It may be holding the previous version of your site.
Or, are you trying to make changes through Site Content? You can't do that, once your post is published. All editing has to be done through WordPress.
Probably your cache on your browser is keeping an old copy to load for speed purposes.
Trying clearing it down using tools.
With that information, it is hard to say. Often, people don't understand about creating menus to display the changes. Here's a training that explains the process in case this is your problem. WordPress Menus- Create and Customize a menu
You might need to clear your cache and delete the history. Just recently mine site was doing this through Chrome and went to Microsoft Edge the new posts or pages were showing.
