While we have this moment alone.
One of the things I admire about you all is your relentless strides forward, learning, teaching, figuring out things, warning each other of possible pitfalls. Is quite inspiring and more than a little addictive to read.
I expect that long lasting friendships are easily forged under the very expansive roof of Wealthy Affiliate. I've come across a few members whom I will always seek to read their latest blog posts. Some of you can really stitch words together and others speak with such authority on their subject that you just can't help but listen to what they have to say.
Originality is doubtless paramount here, by both design and honesty. You all speak from the heart, or from the pancreas, no one is quite sure about which is the responsible organ, however, it is something to see. All corners of life converge at this milieu of the hopeful, and while we have this moment alone, I want to point out how cool you all are for being here.
For a self proclaimed loner such as myself to feel somewhat at ease anywhere is a rarity and a treat, to have followers is, well, close to nirvana as it gets, outside of my children, of course. I miss my children immediately after I drop them off. I don't hold that same longing for this place but there is a distant cousin, twice removed on my mother's side of a feeling that comes with it, you know. I always want to keep up with what is going on.
Enough ego stroking, now go write an interesting post.
Oscar.

I love the way you write! Very fun to read. You'll garner many followers and readers with your own unique gifts!
Thanks, Joe. I appreciate you saying so. These four paragraphs went through six revisions and three cups of coffee before I published them. I constantly struggle with my spelling and battle with my grammar.
I write on a tablet so that I can walk through the house while I think, I'm sure you have heard that it improves the circulation. Have you ever typed while at the head? It gives you a whole new perspective, I highly recommended :)
Be well.
Oscar.
Haha no I have never typed while at the head! I'll have to give it a try though my wife might think I'm strange, wait she knows I'm strange! I totally get how you walk around though. I'm a pacer while getting thoughts to gel.
I agree with you that this is a wonderful place for sharing, helping and supporting one another. I do believe that it is possible to build a friendship with like minded members of WA.
Hi Oscar! I loved your blog! The WA family is a community of like minded people that all want the same thing! Through that commonality, we all help each other beyond what normally might take place in the corporate world. Our defenses come down and we share from the heart knowing that we will be accepted for just who we are. It's liberating and get's the creative juices flowing! I hope that at some point, in the expansion of WA, we all get to meet each other in person. We talk to each other through our expression of words. How great it would be to look in to each others eyes and see the expressions of joy and excitement that we really are just regular people wanting to make the world a little better in our own way.
I'm very glad that you liked it. I'm sorry to say that in real life I have all the charm and grace of a coma patient. I get tongue tied and there have been reports that I drool a little but not by reliable sources *grin :))* - I think that I have what is called social anxieties but that's self-diagnosis on my part, for all I know it could just be gas.
Oscar.
This is the way a community should be. An example of the future. No one is totally a loner. We all have something to share even if we like our privacy. As much or as little as you want. Looking forward to seeing your site develop.
Pam
Thanks, Pam. I suppose that no one is a total loner but maybe a touch reclusive? Not like Ambrose Monk, Adrian's brother but straight home kind of a thing.
A fluffy moment it was, or it could have been the fumes, either way, there you have it. A couple of gentle, firm strokes for all.
