This morning, I thought, I am going to add some lines to my welcome message about the Black Friday deal. And go to work on my Black Friday website.

This kind of messages give me almost a heart attack!
I have send in a Support ticket at noon today, and I am eversince in contact with SiteSupport
25 messages and 4 hours later they are still working on it.
Where can you find a more devoted Support team online than at WA?

I have no full insight on what Site Support is all doing in the backoffice, I will be very pleased to see when everything is working correctly again

I tried entering a comment on a site (1st one). I'm getting no indication it was sent. How do I know if it was sent or is there something wrong or I din't do?
You mean that you have placed a comment using site comments? And your comment is not displayed on the website?
That can be caused by the settings of the website owner I can not find my comments
