What is it you're trying to do, Scott? Do you want to move your siterubix content to your .com domain? What do you mean by 'Recovered to'?
Hi Support !!
I'm afraid to click solarpaneledhomes.siterubix.com in My Recent Websites area. I was given a siterubix recovery website when I transferred my site to shopify.
Hi Scott,
Why did you need a "recovery" website if you moved a store to Shopify and what does that mean? If you click install on a SiteRubix.com website you'll install a website on that domain. The SiteRubix.com website is not at all related to shopify, so if you want to do that then you can install a new site on it. This would not affect Shopify.
And yes, we're working on an issue with SSL on some SiteRubix websites.

I just continued a support ticket with my question. New ticket requires a website already listed which my siterubix is not installed yet. No worries I'm almost done with what I have to do with this particular site. All good.
Hi Scott,
If you want to create a support ticket, you have to go up the top of this page and click Help - Site Support, and raise a support ticket.

I cleared casche but not browsing. Used a different Browser but still missing pictures ionce had in my wordpress media library. Any thoughts ?
Hi Scott,
Are you inserting images into the content before publishing it using 'Site Content'? If so, you might notice that some images are missing from the media library after publishing.
What I currently do is write the blog content first and publish it without images. Then, I insert the images directly within WordPress.
Best,
Indra
Hey Scott,
If you delete them from you Media Library then they are gone.
Did you have them embedded in a post?
If so, check the post(s) to see if the images are still present on your posts.
If they are still present, then perhaps you used an image from another URL, which is possible to do... though, mostly not recommended.
If the images do NOT appear on the post(s), then simply upload them and embed them again on the proper post.
Hope you find this helpful.
I'm simply going into TEXT in my editor and copying the code to the image then pasting it into the TEXT part of another site. Voila ! I have successfully placed a lost picture from my media library into another article. Magic
