Can you give some answer here:
1. Is the part for DPA compulsory? I find it really annoying.
2. What is this legal entity and "not linked to organization'?
Hi Jovo
1. For European users, yes, you have to agree to their new Terms of Services to keep using GA, if filling in the personal data on DPA is compulsory, I am not totally sure of. I can not find any article about this on the help services of Google Analytics
2. As the owner of a website and head representative of the end result, and not an official registered business by law, you, in name, are the legal entity.
Thank you Loes.
In fact I am registered as a business and have a BTW nummer.
For the time being I have 'accepted' what they required and this DPA I shall skip.
The new Google Analytics interface is called Google Analytics 360 Suite, when you are living in the EU and use one or more products from Google Analytics 360 suite, you have to agree to their new Terms of Services
