Do customers get help in designing a website?
1. I want to add a login on / sign up button on my website.
2. Help with adding an order processing form. My website is off
If you have budget, you can hire someone who offer that service.
I always use services from Fiverr. It's affordable.
Hope you can find someone there who can assist you with your requirements.

Jay has recently done some live video classes on email marketing that will show you how to add a sign-up button. The first lesson - Email Marketing 2018: 1st Steps to List Building Although I have never used them there are plugins that can create order forms, one is CaptainForm.

There are lot of plugins to create log in page for wordpress sites.
