Stop feeling guilty about things you should have done or things you could have done. Everything has it's own time and place. And everything is always expanding. You can not go backwards.

I saw a really great quote, which places everything in a special perspective.

I am going to be very, very happy

Feel, taste, smell, hear, see your happiness!

and when you fully have grabbed those emotions of complete happiness, you can begin the doing part of your life. And you will see that words will flow quickly, help will come along in time, understanding becomes easy.

"I should have" gives you the feeling of guilt - not happiness
"I could have" gives you the feeling of regret - not happiness
"I missed (out)" gives you the feeling of lack - not happiness

So, make the "coulds and shoulds" the missing parts of your reality, and from now on enjoy everything what's offered to you to the fullest.

When you have to do a boring job, just put on your headset with your favorite songs! I promise you, it helps!

There was a time in my life, I worked as a cleaning lady, and I cleaned about 40 toilets and 20 bathrooms a week. And I can tell you, that is boring after a year. My current husband asked me, how come, you know the text of every song on the radio? And I said: "I learned to praise every boring chore into a happy and blessed event".

The bottom line is, when you change your attitude towards all boring and annoying things on your path and look for the happiness inside you first, and make Your HAPPINESS priority #1, your perspective towards everything will change!
