I have feedback the issue to Google Adsense and awaiting a reply. I have a feeling I’ll not get an answer so I’m turning to the community for help.
Hey Song,
Google searching your question, it appears others have suffered this same issue before you. See screen print below...
Perhaps one for those forum discussions can help you resolve this even before Google's staff are able to get back to you.
Hope you find this helpful.
Yes Trish, I googled too. Read a few ‘answers’. Then, as you suggested, I have posted the same question in the Google Adsense Community Forum. Thanks for reaching out😀

I had been hibernating for the past 8 months. New work assignments (Actually, this is just an excuse to make me feel better) Came back to WP, update the latest version, and now
Ok, so what is the problem with videos? I embedded code to view a Vimeo video, and it's showing the link..... These "blocks" are blocking easy peasy editing.... Is there some sort of way to embed the code where the Vimeo screen shows.... like it used to? ...honestly, why did they ever change this....
Install the classic editor plugin and then go to posts or pages and choose to Edit (Classic) for the old way to do things.
Well, thank you, but after reading other comments, that will also be phased out. So, I may as well embrace the change sooner rather than later.... I went on my last blog post and installed a vimeo video... I still have no idea how I did that, but... it's there! lol...
I am in the same boat! I went away one day, came back, and all Hell has broken loose! What's with these "blocks?" ...can't stand them... But, I'll keep reading. Maybe, there is some sort of silver lining....
Hey Song,
It is recommended that if you want to keep the Text and Visual Editors in place that you install the Classic Editor plugin by WordPress Contributors.
Should you STILL see the Block Editor being offered once you have successfully installed and activated that plugin, then here's a tutorial to help you fix that issue: Block WP Block Editor From View in All Posts Hope you find this helpful.
Hi Trish, thanks for the helpful suggestion. Will check it out. So much new things to learn! Have an awesome day!
Agreed! Being a member of this community has REALLY helped me stay on top of changes as they happen, making it so much easier for me to service local businesses with website design.
Type Gutenberg into the search bar. There is a lot of training on how to make it work.
I don't use Adsense, but I do know that if you want to add HTML, you simply add a block.
You add blocks for text, heading, image, html etc.
You need to convert the one classic big blog, into smaller blocks. Marion Black has some excellent training.
some people have chosen to load a classic editor plugin to stay with the old way - but eventually, this will be fazed out and you will have to learn the new editor anyway!
TQ Rose, you're a lifesaver! Yeah, I thought of staying with the old Editor but, like you said, it will eventually be ditched and I have to learn 'blocking' anyway. Have a great day!

I’ve just signed up as an affiliate for Lazada. However, I’m finding it challenging to link their campaigns and products to my website and posts. Thanks in advance!
Watch this one! I don't know what they're dishing out to Malaysia. https://lazada-group.pissedconsumer.com/
Ha ha! I just managed to link a specific product that Lazada carries to a page. Go to Offers, click, drop-down, click Product Widget Generator, follow the simple tutorial.
But I'm still trying to figure out how to link their promo banner (example MY 1212 2017) to my widgets! Will share of I'm successful.
Thanks. That's good to know. I was thinking of doing a review on a product that I'm using and it's available only on Lazada (as far as I know). So I guess sooner or later I'll have to re-learn how to put up the links again.
I am still discovering how to bein it because I already have an account but it seems I cannot follow the right procedure in linking as an affiliate.
That's true, it's not easy to process affiliation. The problem is that their contact details are not available, they have no chat box to immediately answer questions if needed.
Hi James, one of the biggest affiliate hub in south East Asia. Great variety! Cookie 30 days. I think. Gonna double check. Just signed up last week. Haven't make a single cent! Linking wrong! Now climbing stairs 31 floors up, second round. Just figured out how to link MY ID to Lazada's specific product! Will rectify after the exercise!
That's cool...many thanks for the info as I had never even heard of Lazada before you mentioned it. Good luck with your journey...and thanks again.
I am not a part of but ain't they directing you where exactly you can place their links etc?
Yes I have. That's where I posted the Google AdSense html code. And ha ha I just figured out how to link a specific Lazada product to a post!

I'm using CUSTOMIZR theme. Where do I go to paste Google AdSense html code? I'm technically-challenged. Please show steps. Thanks!
I'm creating a video course on this as we speak but it won't be ready for a while yet.
1. Install and activate Insert Headers and Footers by WPBeginner.
2. Go to Settings > Insert Headers and Footers
3. Paste the verification code into the ‘Scripts in Header’ box
4. Save
5. If you want to check that the code is now between the <head> and </head> visit your website in Chrome or Firefox, right-click and View page source. Use Ctrl+f (or Command+f for a Mac) and search for ‘adsbygoogle’
6. Go back to your Adsense account and check the box that you’ve pasted the code into your site. Then click ‘Done’.
Hi Marion, ha ha thanks for the step by step tutorial! Awesome! I hope you are having a great Marion black Friday!
Hi Marion, I decided to use Headers & Footers. My Adsense is approved! Just placed my first adunit on a widget. Very soon I’ll be making my first cent! Thanks!
Hi Song,
It's easy. Just follow this tutorial. No need for plugin or anything special. First Step to Inserting HTML code for Google Adsense
Hi Song1, There's a WordPress Plugin that you can use that makes it very easy for the technically-challenged. I should know...
The plugin is called "easy adsense" and you can download it here for free. https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-adsense-lite/
