I edited it like the training said help

The following tutorial may offer you the help you seek: Enable or Disable Comments on Posts and Pages Hope you find this helpful.
In edit mode, scroll down the bottom and check the boxes that say noindex and nofollow and then update and that should fix it.

I am writting my about me for my website i am on my 3rd heading the goal of my website im stuck i dont know how to start if off my niche is promoting wa
I see that you have really good help so all I can do at this time is agree with them.
Remember you can change it and edit it any time. It will not be set in stone.
I say that to say this. You are in control of your business and this is all part of the learning here.

i understand how to write it my problem is the last header the goal of my website im not sure how to start it off im stuck

Your goal is simply your intention for creating your website. Surely you intend to help your readers... with "what"... and "why".
Hope this helps you.
Obviously, one of your main personal goals is to make money with your site, which, of course, you won't write into your 'About me' page. But another goal of your site might be to provide useful information for the reader to help him/her, e.g. create a better lifestyle or a better work-life balance. Or you could write that you want to help empower the reader to create a home business etc. So it's really about why the reader will benefit from your site.
