Sorry, unfortunately that's not allowed. It's still a promotional link even if it's not for you. Any link to someone has to be non-promotional and has to be because of information, learning or to help someone.

It's not that some people would hate it, it is just they allow you to do it then everyone would have to and then WA would have promotional junk everywhere. They try very hard to keep this place educational and non-promotional.

I saw someone linked the rules already so I won't.

Dave as others have said its a no no but I am happy for you to PM me via here with your email address so I can pass it on if that suits

Have you thought of adding her link to your blog

hey hi David -- Kyle's rules are pretty clear regarding 'external' links of any kind ... especially any 'promos' .. the WA platform is live on the net ... and it needs to be kept clear & free of 'clutter' so to speak ... both Brenda and Paul here have given you good, correct answers ...

all the best -- keep well, keep happy! ... :)

Ok. No problem. I appreciate it. Take care

... 😊 ... !

Good question. I understand only authority links allowed. You can read the rules by typing in at the top search type in “spam no no “ see if that matches what you asked. Her link is a money making niche, best to ask Kyle.

Ok. Thank you

Put it on your profile page

Good idea. Thank you.

I'm trying to put clickbank links onto my website. Where do I place them at on my site. I realize probably anywhere I can but I don't want just a link hanging out somewhere on

Hey David,

1.) Past your affiliate links BELOW THE FOLD.

I added a Clickbank affiliate link to my sidebar that was JUST above the fold on one of my sites and it received a penalty. Once moved, the penalty was withdrawn.

2.) Only add relevant affiliate links.

3.) Use Pretty Links to keep track of how many people are actually clicking on the link: OR... use Clickbank's own tracking (Googles search for that info).

4.) No more than 3 affiliate links on any post or page of 1000 words.

For Clickbank, I use mostly text links... but... some vendors offer an affiliate link in the footer of their product page, where on that page you might find banners that you could use.

Hope you find this helpful.

Hello there! Nice to hear from you. Thanks again for the info. You said below the fold and I was like, what? What is the fold? I just watched one of Jay's webinars on landing pages and that was in the webinar, so now I know. LOL!

I do have the pretty links plugin already. So, that's a plus. HEHE! I am just now trying to use Clickbank, I've heard many great things with people doing well with Clickbank. I did find some relevant promotions from Clickbank to put on my site.

I actually did see a few banners. I will look more into all of this. Thank you so much once again.

Take care

I think it all depends on your preferred approach. This why I seem to go in the direction of Sam-Oa.

Brenda too is right with the training on the pretty links. Unfortunately, I have not been using it lately, not because of anything negative thing, but my indulgence.

May I add that, if your content is specifically on the product, it may be a good idea to have the link on your call to action.

And if it's product that is only relevant to your content, I think where you mention it in your content can be a good place to direct your visitor to where they can buy it.

I hope this helps.

Have a blessed day.

Thank you Segun, I appreciate your comment. I appreciate your advice.

Be Blessed! Take care

Different approach works for different situations. How i will probably approach this is to, create graphics that is relevant to the product and upload it to where ever you want to use it on your website. Finally embed your affiliate link. Make sure you indicate that your graphics is a clickable image by putting a call to action. hope this helps?

Thank you. It really does help. I appreciate that. Take care

Did you follow the training? In Affiliate Bootcamp training tells you what to do. And how to link, the training there provides all the answers. Link in middle, link at end with sentences, how to use Pretty Link plug in etc

OK. Thank you. I'll go back and check. Thanks for commenting. Take care

What if we did the other training? He told us to pick one or the other. I did not do boot camp.

Hello! It's okay. The certification training is for your Niche website and the boot camp training is to promote wa.

I've only completed the certification training also. I haven't been through the whole boot camp training, I believe I'm only in lesson 3.

When I got approved for the SAC, I started trying to focus on it instead of the boot camp training. So there are still some things that I don't know that's included in the boot camp training.

I started off with a niche website. I've only been promoting wa 2 or 3 months. So, you're fine.

Take care

Maybe I should of started with the boot camp. I have people wanting to join and still do not know the best way to tell them because I have not link up for WA. I could make money just promoting WA more than the niche I picked. I think I made a bad choice my niche because it is not really my niche. LOL I just thought traffic would be good. Oh well. moving on.

What niche are you doing?

You can still send a link to them and it will be your WA link.

Don't just send them to the WA website because that won't work. You can send them a link from within WA that has a code in it so that WA knows the referral came from you.

Click on a dollar sign at the top and then click on links and tracking. Under your wa links the main link you can send them to sign up and they will count as your referrals.

I hope this helps.

Yes I think someone told me this in the beginning but I got input overload lol

Thanks!

No Problem. Anytime
