without seeing the code it's a little hard to figure, but ...
make sure you remove either the or
between each banner

I was wondering can the author of our posts or pages be changed?
I would like them to be in my name not
I am assuming you've already added yourself as a user with admin privileges for your website. You will open the post you want to change the author in the Editor page - look for "Screen Options" on top right - click drop down arrow - check "Author". Scroll down to see it show on screen just below your post - click the down arrow and there you'll be able to change author.

Hi Little kitten, In your back office editor there is a read more button on the tools bar --in the kitchen sink --just place your cursor where you want to stop the reading and click left---then go up and click the little icon ---then update it ---go visit the site and you should see where it now says read more---when you click it will open up the rest of the article and then at the bottom you will see the reply for comments

That is an interesting question and I am not sure about it. My thought would be that you use a static home page which you update with your latest post each time. Otherwise as far as settings I have seen it is either a blog roll or just a static page. Looking forward to seeing if there is an easy way to go about this.
