My Name Is Lee Ann And I Have An Addiction
Some of you know my name and know a little about me. But did you know that I have an addiction?
Yes, an addiction. I am not the one who normally lets anything control her, and I am not sure how I let this happen.
Before I tell you about this addiction, let me tell those of you who may not know me or what I am about.
Who Am I
My name of course is Lee Ann. I had a REALLY horrible childhood as well as my younger adulthood.
I am not going into a sob story, I don't need or want any pitty. Why, because that is just who I am. Most of us have not had a story book past.
Well that and the fact that I am a very strong person who uses the bad that was done to me, to help others.
I love helping others as well as animals. I love helping anyone and anything. But, that is what started my addiction.
What Is My Addiction
YOU are my addiction. If you have a question, need advice or just reassurance, I love being there to help you.
Why? Because that is just who I am. I have 2 little girls here, one that I adopted as a newborn (grand daughter), but she doesn't know it and the other one is her sister.
Neither of them know they are actually sisters. They both belong to my oldest daughter. The older one knows I am not her mother, but to her I am.
They are awesome girls who have a MUCH better life because of my husband and I. Yes, they are my flesh and blood, that doesn't mean that I had to take them.
I wanted to give them a better life. One filled with love. One filled with 2 parents who love each other, don't fight or argue, and who joke and are a part of everything they do.
Just like you, I want to help you, I want to be there for you. This can be very overwhelming when you are first starting out. I was there once.
I'll Take You With Me
Today, I spent the day with my awesome husband. We went fishing and just hung out. Then we went to eat tonight.
Our girls were gone for a week and we are picking the little one up tomorrow. I can't wait because I miss her.
I did take advantage of them being gone though. I have gotten 2 post out on my site and now this one.
I always have my cell and my tablet when I go anywhere. Games, meets practices, or wherever. The only place I don't work on here, is when we have girl scouts.
I take you everywhere I go. There aren't to many parents that go to the sports that we attend (which really upsets me) and the few that are there I didn't rally know.
So I would work on here in between her matches or heats. The kids on her team and I would talk, but not much adult conversation. So you would help me out as well.
Wealthy Affilliate Is Mobile
I see a lot of new members ask if there is a mobile app, and I see quite a few who use their mobile phones and have issues with the videos.
I have watched training on my phone, worked on my site, my social media, pretty much everything, except to write a post on my site or on here.
My screen shrinks too much when I try it. My point is, I am addicted to helping you. I see the bell on the top of my profile light up (show a number in red) and I am on it.
I get so excited. But lately I have been trying to make myself wait. I have been having issues with coming up with keywords and titles, and I thought maybe that I was helping too much.
Maybe it was too much distraction. But that isn't it. I have been racking my brain and just can not come up with them. So it isn't my helping others, and I will continue to help.
You Heard Right
I noticed a few members have issues with some of us that do try to help others when we are still considered new.
We might give someone the wrong information or the wrong advice. TO BAD. We aren't out there to misguide them.
I have seen some OLDER members, NOT reply to someone for HOURS. So, if it weren't for us NEWBIES then they would have waited all that time and not have gotten help.
I don't know everything, but neither do you.
jetrbby80316 noticed something weird while he was researching the other day and he made a post on it because it really had him baffled.
There were a couple that had suggested it was due to cookies, BUT there were also a couple who didn't, and they weren't newbies, and they were higher rank.
Does that mean they shouldn't be helping others? NO, it does not. I have given the right answer and have had someone comment to the effect of telling the one I was helping to basically NOT listen to me.
OK, and she has done it a few times. Once it was days later, it was like she has a tracking device planted on me or something.
Again, that is fine, because I answered correctly. Unless Kyle or Carson say something, I will continue to help. I still respect and admire her, because she does have a lot of knowledge.
I don't just throw an answer out. If I am unsure, I SAY IT, I also look for the right answer and will give them a link.
Keep On Keeping On
To everyone out there who love to help others, keep helping them. When you do though, try to see through their questions.
Sometimes it is in the way they say it. It is easy to give the wrong answer if you aren't answering the right question.
If is like texting your feelings, because you can't see them or hear them, it is easy to take the question the wrong way.
No one here is perfect nor do they know it all. There are members here from all over the world and there are some who have their own opinions that even differ from Kyle or Carson.
As long as your answer was in training and you remember it well, then answer the member who needs help. If you just answer to answer, or to try to climb that ladder of rank, shame on you.
I don't care if my rank was 200,000 still, I would still try to help whoever I could. I am not going to just answer someone without knowing if I am doing right by them.
I love my addiction and I plan on staying addicted. Even if my business were to really start earning some money, I will be right here doing what I am now (as long as it at least pays my membership).
I love helping you and so do many of the other members here. I read a post of one of the higher ups, who had advice to you beginners/newbies about what to look for when taking advice.
You can do that, look to see how long they have been here and how much training they have completed. That is your right.
If I offended anyone I am sorry, but it needed to be said. I have no hard feelings against anyone and I am sorry if you do.
This platform was built around helping each other and that is what I shall do.

I hope you're not the only one addicted like this. My experience, not a whole lot more than yours, is that there are a whole lot of folks here ready, and REALLY ready to help those of us less experienced, less capable.
You clearly write prolifically, and that should put you at a good advantage here at WQ. I look forward to following your progress, as you follow mine, toward the success we're all seeking....

Sometimes the questions are unclear, and can be intepretated in different ways, when so, I always ask of they can rephrase the question, it also happens, as we are a global community, that Google is translating a word in another word than you meant to say. As someone who has benefited from an answer you gave, don't ever stop doing what you love to do. One of the great things about this community is that there are many ways to do something, and everyone has their own opinion about what is the right way. That's good because the person asking the question can choose the way that fits them.
