I use Chrome and usually switch to fire fox or microsoft before I even think of clearing the cache and immersing myself in login drama when things like that happen.

Chrome is my normal browser, but both firefox and microsoft give me the blank white page as well. I've cleared the cache and done everything that I can find online to do.
Hopefully their support responds soon!
I'm not having the same issue, Janelle. Try using a different device e.g. mobile phone, tablet, laptop
I'm going to spend some time this morning trying to get hold of their phone support and see if they can help, thanks!

Sometimes Chrome caches some errors. I have issues from time to time on CJ like that. They recently revamped their log in page, so if you had it bookmarked, that could be a reason too. Try in an incognito window and see if it works.
No go, unfortunately, but thanks for the suggestion! Their support got back with me yesterday afternoon, and they're looking into it further. I hope they figure something out!
