I noticed my blog post looking different
1. my posts read after each other more like they are on the same page even though i have each post under different category

It sounds like you're looking at your blogroll. Sometimes instead of showing an excerpt of the post where it's obvious that you need to click into the post to read more it shows 100% of the post. This would also explain multiple posts on one page. To get into the actual post you'd need to just click on the title and once inside the actual post you'd be able to see your comment section.
thanks but i dont think that should be so because i have seen alot of websites, they arent like that, each post has its 'space' and making people scroll down to a topic can be a turn off,
Each of your posts does have it's own space and it's own url :) You're just looking at the default blogroll which lists all of your posts.
If you'd like to set up your site so that the home page is a static page instead of the blog roll, you can set it up that way pretty easily: How To Set Up a Static Home Page or Landing Page vs Default Blog Roll
1) That is normal, all posts initially appear on what is called the 'blogroll.' To display them in Categories, you must create pages for each category in your menu.
2) That could be a theme problem. Please update your profile with your site URL so I can go take a look to help. Do not link to the site here as that is against the rules, just let me know when you've updated your profile. Also, please let me know what theme you are using so I can better assist.
On your profile, on the right-hand side of the page, there is a 'follow me on' section where you can add links.
on my website, pls click on the 'wellness' category, you will see what i'm talking about exactly cos that is where i have two blogs posts for now. thanks
It appears you are using a custom theme. I'm not going to be able to assist because I can't try to replicate the issue on my site.
No showing the comments box is generally a problem with a theme. Try choosing a different theme (temporarily) to see if the comment boxes reappear - if so, then it's definitely your theme.

Blog post reading into each other?

I believe what you are looking now is the blogroll. It's kind of showing all your blog posts in one page. You need to do configuration the setting.
Here's how to do this:
1. Create a page called Blog - Publish without any content
2. Go to Setting > Reading > Choose your front page - if you don't have Homepage created and you want your posts to be displayed in the front page, choose the Blog page created in (1) as the front page and tick 'summary' instead of full post at the bottom of the setting page.
Now if you go to the front page and click one of the posts, it should display the full content of the post with the comment section below each post.
Hope that helps a bit.

nice i will try that, going by what you just said, is it best to create all my categories as 'pages' instead of a post which is what i did.
Thanks! I followed what you suggested and from the same page i saw a box with number of posts per page, i changed that from 10 to 1 and that made each post seperate.
i still dont have the comment box, but i will figure that out as well. many thanks to everyone who took time to help out.
