Heya Everyone
Well, actually I'm using poetic license calling this a
#WealthyAffiliate #CapeTownMeetup
Because it was really a #MommyHero #HappyEvent.
But it kinda counts because hey, 3 lucky Wealthy Affiliate Members got to meet up in Cape Town yesterday.
The gorgeous Mom inbetween Lynne and my Mom in the pic above is a very well-known and well-loved Radio and TV Personality, Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp.
Elana is also the Face of Happy Event, South Africa's most popular Antenatal Massage Lotion. And we have Happy Event to THANK for all our pampering yesterday.
It was awesome to finally meet Lynne. Lynne is an absolute hoot. Her stories were so entertaining. We shared so many laughs.
The event itself was magical. The Happy Event team pulled out all the stops to make us feel SPECIAL. We were spoilt rotten.
We had lovely Thai massages. delicious nibbles and loads of presents but the best part was they gave us loads of time to connect.
We had sooo much FUN. Can you tell?

Uggghhhh you beat me to it! I was so exhausted by the time I got home last night that I climbed into bed as soon as I put my kids to sleep and I was gone :) it was a long day leaving home at 7am and only getting back at 6h30pm. But oh my word what a blast.
Next time I am going to push your name to join at other events too. The Netflix one was amazing - I had a manicure, pedicure and a massage plus more tasty nibbles!

I can just imagine how exhausted you were by the time you got home.
I also fell asleep with my little guy but woke up at midnight and worked until 4am... Or was it 5? No school for my son today because his school breaks to acknowledge Acension Day. So I had to get a jump-start.
No rest for Mom Bloggers. Hehe.

Thanks Debi. Oh yeah, Lynne is such FUN! She is also such a hard worker it's been incredibly hard to pin her down for a meeting. Until this came along. Yay for Mommy Events!!
YES, you all work hard though. I'm the slacker. I get sidetracked doing retiree stuff for my grandkids though. I need a kick in the behind!!!!! lol
