My first post completed today and on my website. How do I know if I tagged everything properly?

My first post completed today and on my website. How do I know if I tagged everything properly?
Normally you should add a few tag words, I usually put 3-5, and then add meta title and meta description.
My privacy policy page is showing up in Google index. Do I just click the "Robots Meta No Index"??
Make sure you tick all the four boxes - Robots Meta NOINDEX, Robots Meta NOFOLLOW, Robots Meta NOODP and Robots Meta NOYDIR.
Kyle asked to tick all 4 in the lesson so, I just followed. I forgot what he said as to why we need to tick all and not just 1.
