My plan for Vegas is closely connected to my Personal Brand Development,
because I truly believe that flourishing businesses are those built on YOU,
your perspective about this world, and how you could bring TRANSFORMATIVE VALUES to the people. So here there are the 5 main channels I will use:

1. MEDIUM (+PINTEREST)
* Medium has an extremely wide range of readers. While my own website about African Fabrics is a super-niche site and it will be difficult to promote WA, Medium offers more freedom to choose my topics.
* I will open and manage a pubblication on Medium which will be the perfect place to promote WA to a wider audience.
* I will promote my Medium stories on Pinterest

2. SUBSTACK
* One of the goal of this year is opening a Substack (free version) which is a trendy growing platform to raise my personal brand awareness. I will also write about Marketing for Artists, including WA affiliate links

3. INSTAGRAM STORIES
I recently opened a new profile to support my artistic career. I will use mainly Stories to talk about Marketing for Artists and redirect to WA.

4. BLUESKY
Bluesky is a new social media which is replacing X in importance and where you can write about different topics. I will use it to raise my personal brand, addressing to WA for Marketing for Artists topics!

5. SEO CERTIFICATION
All these channels will be empowered by Seo Knowledge which will grow exponentially since my main goal for this year is taking a SEO certification (with a special eye on AEO for AI)

MAXIMIZING THE VALUE OF MY SLEEPING 😴 WA REFERRALS with a well-thought-out strategy to engage, activate, and convert these users into active contributors.

These are some highly effective techniques to "valorize" my referrals that i will try to put into action (some to be done by me, others with help of building team here at WA, especially regarding promotion email campaigns and follow up in Real Life)

Some brainstorming

1. Identify and Segment Referrals
- Segment by Engagement Level: Categorize referrals into tiers (e.g., inactive, semi-active, active). This allows targeted efforts to maximize value.

POSTCARDS FROM MY JOURNEY TO VEGAS!
In response to this week's challenge, I have created my “Journey to Vegas” plan and here are my postcards from along the way!

LONDON: Start of the journey – I am where I am!
• Create an action plan to get from A to B
• Review 41 existing posts, checking links and content
• Write a comprehensive WA review
• Rework for different outlets

PARIS: Small steps – spreading the love
• Establish dedicated Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X accounts based around MMO
• Aim to get 1000 followers across each account by consistent content
• Post at least one video per week
• Post at least one post per week per account

MADRID: Dancing the night away – play to my strengths!
• Write at least one high-quality blog post per week
• Create at least 5 different lead magnets in different formats

NEW YORK: Land of the brave – Feel the fear and do it anyway!
• Write at least 10 reviews for different MMO products
• Set up a TikTok account and post at least 20 short videos

TORONTO: Great views – learning to look at the big picture
• Take at least 5 courses per month at WA which will improve my overall knowledge of MMO
• Keep a progress log and blog about progress at least once per month at WA

LAS VEGAS: All or nothing – Winning big!
• Attend the WA conference
• Get the swag bag!
• Offer my thoughts and advice to help others
• Say ‘thanks to WA!’

As mentioned with the 2025 Game Plan contest my business is being revamped to reduce wasted time and improve profitability. That said with more time and fewer projects taking away needed funds I plan to start small again and let reinvestment turn an ice cube into an avalanche.

I have yet to publish a post this year but it is due to some moving parts in the background that are forming a schedule, something I haven't really had in over a decade. By the 1st I will be on pace to publish roughly 2 posts per day spread among 3 blogs.

I will be taking my non-MMO blogs and writing a case study post/review on how to turn any passion into cash and there will be a CTA Banner on each site that leads to a contact form with a free report and monthly newsletter which will continue to surround the list member with WA Goodness.

With a demand of 12.5 paid members a month to make Vegas I need traffic of all types flowing. If we can convert a industry-high 12% of free members into paid members we will need around 110 free members a month to reach Vegas.

I own a social network that will be part of a network of 5 sites that give different audiences access to my content. I will be combining WA Earnings with other affiliate revenue and setting a growing budget that will be roughly 50% of my profits reinvested per month from now until November. In November the other 50% of profits will be a balloon Ad Spend for Black Friday.

My goal for this year is to add YouTube to my social media. I will continue to use Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn in addition to my network. The traffic numbers keep growing the more regularly I post, so I am scheduling time daily for social media.

So that's the plan, a 4 site attack driving people into one list of contacts, surrounding them with thoughts on WA, and then feeding all those properties with Paid Content Placements, and direct advertising with a growing budget each month, and adding in YOUTUBE and it's massive potential for traffic and sideline income.

By December 1st I plan to be waiting on my already-earned trip to Vegas and stacking extra sales toward the trip.

When I came back to WA last March (2024) I was motivated to get started but unfortunately, the Universe had different plans for me. Long story short, I spent the better part of last year commuting every Sunday and Thursday back and forth to and from CT / Long Island to help care for my Dad. I tried to pull my computer out a few times but the effort was futile bc I didn't have enough time to concentrate on my business. This year things are different and I seem to be soaking up information like a sponge. I'm excited to be re-starting on my journey and this couldn't have come at a better time to make WA Vegas one of my goals for 2025!! I've got alot of work ahead of me but I know it's doable if I work smart...
Step 1 – Define target audience(s), who they are, what they need and where will I find them.
Step 2 – Content Strategy (reviews, tutorials, comparisons), Blogs, videos/reels, posts with clear CTA’s that have affiliate links.
~Rebrand – rebranding to a personal brand so I’m not pigeonholed just into e-commerce makes the most sense this way I can expand/grow with a niche that works best.
Step 3 – Create Lead Magnets to capture leads, create email lists and nurture subscribers/engage followers.
Step 4 – Track Progress, set milestones and analyze data. Repeat what’s working and do it again and again it….or adjust as needed and consider paid ads....Vegas!

I love that you started with your customer avatar, any campaign without knowing the audience is futile and with the aid of AI you can build one in minutes for each offer on your site and make it as granular as you desire including demographics you didn't even know were tracked like real human behavior from buyer patterns.

While I'm not going to give away EVERYTHING I will do.. here is my 4 pillar strategy of Core Structure, Content Strategy, Visual Design & Conversion Elements.

Core Structure:
* Hero section with benefit-driven headline and clear CTA above the fold
* Social proof (reviews, testimonials, logos) to build trust
* Problem-solution narrative flow
* Multiple strategic CTAs throughout
* Clear value proposition and benefits
* FAQ section to address objections
* Mobile-optimized design

Content Strategy:
* Use value-driven hooks instead of generic messaging
* Focus on specific benefits rather than features
* Include urgency elements (limited time, scarcity, countdown timers)
* Follow the 4 P's framework: Problem, Promise, Proof, Proposition
* Strip away non-essential elements that don't support conversion
* Use emotional triggers and clear benefit statements
* Add "trust indicators" like reviews, certifications, security badges

Visual Design:
* Clean, scannable layout with proper spacing
* Maximum 2-3 brand colors
* Limited to 2 fonts
* Clear visual hierarchy
* High-quality images and icons
* Mobile-responsive elements
* Action-oriented CTA buttons that stand out

Conversion Elements:
* Multiple social proof sections (testimonials, reviews, case studies)
* Clear pricing and value proposition
* Risk reversals (starter account details)
* Strategic CTA placement

DISCLAIMER:
While I know that getting to Vegas for our WA Convention will be an exceptional accomplishment (and I want to get there), it is important for me to share that being a WA member since October 2019 has brought me a great amount of success - personally and professionally.
Today, my daughter and I enjoy a lifestyle that may not have been possible without WA and our community.

As Kyle said: "It’s not just about qualifying, it’s about building a sustainable business, growing your skills, and achieving your dreams."
I think I have achieved all those things - and more.

MY PLANS FOR WA VEGAS:
My Game Plan:

In 2023-24, I had 5 websites that I was singlehandedly building and managing.
(I also have 3 websites that I co-own.)
In Q4/2024, I brought those websites down to 2 - one is almost 5 years old and the other is a little over a year.
The older website has made a lot of money for me and strengthened my reputation in the corporate world for speaking and consulting engagements.

Both are simple websites and I will use my over 400 WA blogs and AI as key elements of my content network strategy.

This year, I will weave learning and financial independence into these 2 websites as my lead strategy to attract my WA referrals.
Most of what I have learned to do on Linkedin, Facebook, Email Marketing and Branding, I learned here and I want others to see the value that I have grown to love.

Looking at my conversion stats, I understand what aspects of my content (and where) motivated people to click into WA.
Once they are here, I will guide them from Starter to Member.

Looking forward to meeting the 150 target and spending January 2026 in Vegas!

My Path to Vegas 2025

Last summer, while parked at a lakeside campground, I handed a business card to a fellow RVer after swapping stories around the campfire. A month later, they reached out, signed up for WA, and thanked me for introducing them to a platform that aligned with their lifestyle. That moment reinforced my belief in the power of storytelling to connect and inspire.

This year, I’m doubling down on this approach. By sharing stories that resonate with other nomads and offering tools like interactive quizzes on my website, I’m building a stronger bridge to WA for people who crave financial freedom on the road. Experimentation is key—I’ve recently launched a new strategy that I’ll analyze in the next few months to see if it sticks. If not, I’ll pivot and keep moving forward.

My YouTube content, tailored to RVers seeking extra income, is finally seeing traction. A year-old video has grown from 8 views to 30+, proving that consistency pays off. My plan is to refresh old content and create new videos that tackle real-world nomad challenges while highlighting WA as the solution.

This journey ties directly into a bigger opportunity for my family: becoming business partners in a fishing lodge. By combining WA with this venture, we’re building the financial freedom to secure not just our lifestyle but also our kids’ futures.

Every time I glance at my vision board on the RV wall, I’m reminded that big dreams start with small steps. With tools like AI, personal mentorship for WA sign-ups, and a content calendar (albeit a chaotic one), I’m committed to staying consistent—even when the busy camping season kicks in.

For me, Vegas isn’t just a destination; it’s the proof that dreams are achievable when you combine vision, hard work, and a sprinkle of nomadic adventure.

It’s not a matter of if I make it to Vegas—when I make it, it will be because I held myself accountable, stayed true to my vision, and never lost sight of my dreams.

I truly believe in that storytelling has a huge power for growing a business!

I plan to dedicate more time to growing my online business. I'm also going to be exploring and mastering additional social media platforms for a larger outreach and more traffic.

I'll also continue to apply and refine tehe knowledge I've gained (started out in WA as a complete novice; not there yet, though), and will keep gaining from the classes and under the tutelage of our experts here.

Above all, consistency and persistence will be my guiding principle this year.

With faith in the creator, leveraging the resources and support available on WA, and the encouragement of an amazing WA community, the sky is just the beginning.

I've been with WA off and on for over 6 years now, and I have always dreamed of going to this Las Vegas Conference. I would love to meet WA's creators and top training experts face to face. I would love to experience top rated restaurants and hear what the future of WA holds for me and everyone else.

That being said, my plan is to branch into YouTube. My niche doesn't specifically lend itself to YouTube, but I plan to show how WA is a great opportunity for other parents to get a home-based business going just as I have.

I will also continue to keep posting on FB and trying to drive traffic that way. As Eric says, "many lines in the water means more possible fish".
