This is music to my ears!! I've been feeling discouraged and disheartened after hearing several people, who are much further along in blogging and affiliate marketing then, say that is OVER...SEO is dead and we should throw in the towel.
I very much enjoy working on my websites, blogging, (especially with the help of AI), and affiliate marketing. I'm finally seeing sales after doing this for a couple of years! And when all I heard was "throw in the towel", or "it's over"...I was confused and frustrated. But thank you Kyle for pointing out that there is still plenty of opportunity and now we can dig even deeper and help more people...without "a million word" blog posts, lol!! 'Cause honestly I never had the attention span to read all those words anyway😆😆
On the issues of long tail keywords and HUBS: Is the "potential posts" TITLE in HUBS meant to be the keyword?
Based on the training and classes, I'm of two minds:
(1) It IS meant to be the keyword - an LT keyword.
(2) Or it's NOT. Rather, you are meant to follow the "Potential Posts" Title to JAAXY and select your own keyword which might or might not be the original HUBS "potential posts" TITLE depending on JAAXY AVG & QSR (and a check of Google SERPS).
I'd love some clarification.
Enjoyed Beer with Kyle as always. :)
Yes, that can be the target keyword topic, and you could include that phrase somewhere within the title. Of course you can work to make your titles captivating as well, but you don't have to alter these if you don't want. That is up to you, and it will be dependent on the post.
You don't have to go overboard on the Jaaxy research, you are after long tail, high intent keywords and because of the efficiency that you can create content through the Designer/Author platforms here.
I do not think I have seen any training in the starter membership area that talks new people through setting up their WA profile.. I know this is a simple thing, but this might also be a good addition and add a nice flow.. unless I missed it!
Thanks
Chris
Yeah, there isn't any training on this, as that is something that we want to accomplish through simplicity in the UX. Expect to see something in this respect moving forward, directly within the hubs where someone can intuitively and fully set-up their UX.
Thanks Kyle,
Cloudy beer? But great can design, I agree. Green suits beer, I think.
The Starter changes are good to know and seem very logical.
The popularity of long-tailed keywords is quite fascinating. Users are getting wise, so everything will have to be refined to align with this more detailed intent. I think it's good in many ways because we can write shorter, more precise articles, and users will be more satisfied! UX is a priority!
I'm getting involved in Quora, which I like. What's your view of it, Kyle, as an SM backup for website content?
Have you found any particular way to use it beneficially to amplify your website content?
As always, your perspective is a strong influence on my development.
Congrats on getting ranked so quickly! You're where it's at!!
So glad to be able to learn from you.
Blessings

And even better, GREEN beer on St. Patty's Day!
And yes, in respect to SEO and the long tail, this has always been the case. But prior to AI, unless you were running a UGC site like Quora or Reddit, or a forum, then creating the long tail content yourself was time consuming, and typically not worth it. Which is why we would chase high traffic, and a bit less long tail keywords.
But now that we can efficiently create authoritative, insightful content through platforms like the Author platform here, we can start tackling the longer tail searches that are a little less infrequent, but are starting to get searched at much higher rate because of the sophistication of the end user has advanced.
Not only that, they tend to have higher ranks, higher intent, and convert better. So it is a win/win!
