I don't seem to be getting any comment on my site. Any reason for this? Thanks for any input!

Getting comments is getting harder and harder these days.

A good tip is to just ASK for them at the end of your post. Say something like...

"I would love to hear your ideas on this post/product/service/company/technique/etc - if you do have something to share, please feel free to do so below"

If you really touched a nerve on a subject, sometimes you get a comment.

Also always make sure to reply to ALL your comments. Never leave anything behind.

This will help with the interaction, prove to people that their comment will not go unseen and you also get 2 comments with 1.

Until you start getting organic comment,s I suggest you ask for feedback and comments from the links Michelle provided below.

Hope this helps buddy.

Thanks guys I'll check these out

try the search box on top, someone gave out some great links this week...

Video Marketing

I am a complete novice when it comes to editing video. Does anyone have a suggestion for a beginner?

If you have a Mac ScreenFlow is amazing

You could just use the free Microsoft Movie Maker. ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/movie-maker ) It's easy to use, has more than enough features for a beginner. There's no point getting into anything too complicated when you start out.

Thanks Ian. I tried Movie Maker and it didn't work very well for me. I am finding the Corel product pretty easy to use and it has only been a couple of hours...I get what you are saying about keeping it simple!

I am playing around with video, too. I am about to put together some video reviews and on PC, I just downloaded the Corel video studio. I am testing out the 30 day trial and it's pretty easy to use and decent software for basic video recording and editing. Plus, you can try it out for 30 days for free.

I am about to upgrade to a more powerful computer altogether. I'm considering making the leap to an iMac. May pull the trigger while a bunch of sales are going on. All the best!

thanks for the quick reply...I also downloaded the free trial for Corel. Also trying out Sony Vegas per a friends recommendation. I'll keep you posted.

Cool, I am finding the Corel video editor to be pretty simple to use and satisfies my needs. However, I am not buying it yet in case I upgrade my computer system in a few days. I am pretty sure that Apple comes with some pretty awesome video editing software, if that is the route i choose. Definitely keep me posted

So far I have found the Corel to be a bit more intuitive than the Sony...Not sure what Apple has to offer...I can't bring myself to make the leap from MS

I hear you and also agree, Corel is intuitive and pretty easy to learn. I am far from a pro at video editing, so simple is good. I just ordered my Mac and I am finally making the leap. A lttle nervous, but hopefully, all will be well. I got a powerful machine so hoping it delivers. I imagine it will. I'll keep you posted
