Why you shouldn't care about "Community Rank" or should you?
The creators of Wealthy Affiliates are brilliant, they put together a very unique platform that not only is a place to learn and support each other, they gave use a business simulator.
For instance; community rank is more like a simulator for your online business. As an online business owner you need to learn, research, create content, answer questions, welcome new members aboard (customer service) and develop relationships with other site owners and potential customers. Sounds familiar!
Think about it, we get to develop and practice real world business skills within the community. Each of us play the role of business owner and customer and change roles on the fly with each other and our income is a lower rank.
So guess what happens to a site when you stop learning, researching, creating content, answering questions, welcoming new members aboard (customer service) and developing relationships your income goes down.
Now don't get me wrong don't avoid taking action and take sheather in the community, that will also will lead to decreased or no income. Also, avoid all the shiny objects in the community and focus on the foundation and build your business a step at a time.
So yes participate in the community and get a lower rank, because it's getting you ready for the real world.

BTW, Danielle thanks for the inspiration for this blog.
