I'm wondering if I should have people go through all my comments before they can write their comments.
Question: Is it better to have the comment box placed~
Best place to have comment box - top or bottom?

Got it Paul. I changed my comment box code to reflect that.

I just finally joined Twitter. Wow, talk about a lot of noise. So much stuff constantly being posted. I wonder how someone can standout unless they are auto posting stuff all t
Hey Cindy,
If you have a means of tracking those who actually click your tweeted links, I am certain you will be surprised. Also, offering clickable tweets is an art that in time you will master, I'm sure of it.
Great tip! I'm still trying to figure it all out but with anything, knowledge and implementation is key!
Thanks for your useful feedback!

Check out this blog by one of our fellow WA members. The Best & Worst Times to Post on the Top Social Sites. Facebook, Twitter, etc. Jonathan
I'll take a look at the article! Thanks for the help!
I checked it out. Highly recommended! I will use that schedule from now on. I am actually getting some good traffic on Pinterest.
Tough question. I would say that it should not be a higher priority than having full and complete content on your website.
Hi Steve,
I would agree. All I get is someone trying to sell me something, lol! I'm working diligently on my content and making sure my website is attention worthy, meaning, are people finding value and help when they land on my page.
Hope you are doing well! Thanks for your thoughts!

I have the Rara Journal Theme. My comment box sits at the bottom. People who want to leave comments have to scroll pass all comments to get to the reply box. I tried to use Ed
The change is done s described below.
But remember that if you change the code, the changes will be lost the next time there is an update for the theme unless you have installed a child theme and make the changes there.
Hi there,
You are awesome! I had been trying to do this all day and the link you sent me was it. The visual instructions were very easy to see and understand, so for a non-coder like me, it was very easy to follow what and where to paste the code.
I'm very grateful for your help!!!
Thank you again!
Blessings to you,
Cindy
See if this helps, I saved this link from one time I needed the same thing..

Hello everyone,
I was made aware that people are having a difficult time leaving a comment on my websites comment box and it's not a good user experience. It has to do wi
Did you try looking at the settings under Discussion? My theme doesn't have the captcha feature but for those that do, you should be able to turn it off.
Hi Cindy,
If your site is hosted here at WA, you don't need any kind of Captcha feature, so you don't need to have any kind of Spam plugin installed...you can read Kyle's post about it here Comment Issues Fixed, Spam Plugins No More. Hopefully, this helps you out some..
Best wishes :) ~Sherry
Hi Sherry,
I just fixed it, thank goodness. I was so grateful for one of the WA members who was so kind to point out it was difficult to leave a comment. Without her letting me know, I would've been clueless. People would have become frustrated and what a detriment it would've been for my website.
WA members like you, Cathy and Chrissie (who helped me) -- I'm just grateful.
Have a great day!

Great to hear you've got it fixed!
