Hang in there Kiefer.. I know that probably sounds ridiculous but seriously, let the pros take a look at your website. Use any suggestions or criticisms as constructive. Implement any suggestions that they may have. You know, one little change or tweak, could be the difference that you're hoping for.

1. Most queries I supposedly have fall under the category "(not set)" rather than an actu
Hi Keifer, you are not being given your main keyword due to some stupid thing that happened a few years back with analytics that will not have them show you it, but you can use Webmaster tools however to do this. Also you may want to look at Jay's incredible training on this: Beginner's Guide to Google Analytics 2. I don't know how this is possible. Google analytics does not show rank, webmaster tool does.
3. Yes, there's always some element of referral spam.

I'm wanting to write a movie review of a movie currently in theaters, but am wondering what images I am free to use for my article. Are movie posters fair game?

From researching around the internet, many are saying that using a small number of images (like 1 or 2 posters) and a trailer in the context of a review would put you under the "Fair Use" exemptions.
As I understand things, basically this means that you're allowed to use promotional material when reviewing the movie since you're using the material as it was intended and are not hindering the capacity for the film to make money.
But I'd still very much welcome thoughts on this point from someone who knows more about this than me!
