Started Reading "12 Months to $1 Million" book
Just started listening to this book the other day and am finding out some super sweat tips. A problem I have is I like to try and do everything.
Run several websites in different niches, add heaps of various products etc to see what works.
This book covers some real basics, but often business is more simple than you think, we just like to make it complicated.
That's why now I am going to focus on one niche market and sell 1 product 100% well. I also tend to think I know what the customer must want instead of researching what your ideal customer really want's and needs.
Once that is working and selling 25 units per day then you are allowed to move to the next complementing product.
This is what he covers in this book and I like his style.
Will keep you all posted.
Cheers.
Brian

Great idea. It is much better to focus on one thing than to try doing even 5-10 things well at one time. Once we master doing well on one topic, that's when we can branch out further and scale our business well!
By the way, who is the author of 12 Months to $1 million?
Best wishes as you venture forward!

Good stuff Brian.
The shotgun approach most often does not work as well as a single sniper bullet.
Bon Chance.
Paul.
I am only at the beginning of the book so far, so will share some of the secrets in the coming weeks.
When I have it figured out I will share.
