Hey Friends

Just thought I'd drop a line to my Friends. I know, I was supposed to take a few weeks off, but I decided to go back out, and deliver some blankets on the Syrian border. I was feeling guilty, knowing how damn cold they are. But now, I am here for the next few weeks :)

So here's my crazy Post, hope you're not disappointed. :)

Tao and Confucian thinking came head to head, driving a wedge between Spirituality and Logic. Upheaval was amidst, from the pressure, heat and fermentation arose the I Ching.

The I Ching in itself did not seek balance,yet indeed was to be both Mother and Father, the Yin and Yang to a new Spiritual and Analytical Human Being. The I Ching was simply a manifestation of the Universe, the way all is transformed for the greater good of the Species. It was Universal thought, or reaction, that once again, manifested Oneness. out of need. Lao Tsu and Confucius were both right, however caught up in their own extreme, which interestingly enough, could not have survived each on their own, without the great collision.

It was in fact the collision of these two opposite mindsets, that created the Antagonistic/Complementary dynamic, in perfect equal balance, that spew and spawned our contemporary ability, to understand both the abstract Spiritual thought, and Physics , which was indeed a major Quantum Shift

The Hundredth Monkey

Ok, so bahblah, Blah, does history repeat itself? Well maybe on some level. How times have shifted.

In a not so long ago 6 decades or so, it seemed that youth was rebelling against the generation before it, but was it? I don't think so. A new world was was forming, new ideas were being born about how things should be on our Planet. Adults having children in the 40's, 50's and 60's really had their hands full. They'd been brought up to be seen and not heard, to follow custom and Religion, to their dismay, their children refused to do the same.

Between the Zoot-suit and Hippie culture spanned a total of almost fifty years, a youth fuelled by Love, Anger and Revolt, and the desire for Equality. Latinos, African Americans, Native Americans, and White North American Immigrant Youth, bent on changing the social fiber, the war was never greater than the Sixties and Seventies, enough was enough, and social justice began to take on momentum.

Victory

Sitting here tonight, I can't help but gloat, though some may claim that the world is going to hell in a waste basket, however we have come so far. There was a time when I bitched about WA rules, and with no holds barred, that said, after two years here, I have a slightly different perspective.

This is the, not "one of", but THE most awesome communities that exist online. There's no bigotry, racism, religious differences here. We have One Common Goal, the Success of all who contribute.

Old Guns like me, Young Guns like you that are changing the way business is done. There's no war between generations, we are learning from each other, we are changing the World.

Kyle and Carson

Kyle and Carson are Young guns that I respect much in the same way as I respect my own Son, they're awesome kids, and deserve every ounce of success they achieve. They are the young ones shaping our future. This in fact should and must be how we raise our Children, to be brave, go out there, and make a better world. Personally, they both are prime examples, of everything I'm fighting for, right up there with my own son Josh.
