One Year at WA, How Has it Been?
Wow! Where did that last year go?!
It is true what they say - Time flies when you are having fun.
We have learned so much over the last 12 months. Now we have been running an online business since August 2008 but we have found so much from this awesome community.
- We have learned to write quality blog posts over 1000 words long
- We have found a huge level of confidence, never before experienced
- We have met some amazing people that we keep in touch with on a regular basis
- We have learned so much great knowledge that has enabled us to recently start a new business venture with a new business partner which has the potential to eclipse all of our previous businesses.
As you know, not every business online goes the way you had hoped. Admittedly, when we came into WA a year ago we had expectations of good regular affiliate commissions from promoting WA itself. With it being the best and by far the cheapest program out there, we thought it would be an easy sell!
However, as many of you seem to blog about regularly, that is not the case, as we have found. In a year we have only had 4 people go Premium out of the many hundreds of sign ups!! And none of them have gone further than the first month of full price membership.
It seems very strange to us, why people cannot see the benefit and low investment in their future prosperity, but that is life!
It is interesting to see , thinking back, that the WA training gets you to start a blog about a non-make money online niche before entering into the MMO arena.
It seems that people, in the main, do far better financially in non-MMO niches, something that we can agree with from our experience.
In fact our new venture is in the local business consulting space.
So, in conclusion, we have absolutely loved our first year here at WA.
Will we be renewing our annual membership in November?
Absolutely! The training, hosting, community and knowledge you gain from being here far outweighs any perceived negative aspects.
Good Luck to you all in your online ventures
Here is to the next 12 months

Congratulations on completing your first year at WA, Jonathan. You certainly have done well. I, too, find it strange that so many people stay such a short time in their Premium membership. I imagine it depends a great deal on their lifestyle and also on the support, or lack of support, from family members.
I wish you much ongoing success :)
