When I go to the messages I can't mark them as read for some reason. I know this is a new platform and it does not work like the old one.
There is a problem with that as I can't mark messages as unread nor close them as before.
Just some more issues that need to be addressed with the new changes.
The same with profile messages that show up but don't disappear once open. I ask Kyle about that and he said there is a long list of adjustments to be done.
It may take a bit of time, especially with such a large change as we can see.
I know it can seem frustrating for now but we just have to wait and put up with it until it gets fixed.
In the meantime great time to focus on writing some new posts.

How do you mark comments as read?

My membership got canceled because I don't use PayPal anymore. But it won't let me use another payment option.
Just to be clear, you are referring to your jaaxy membership, not your WA membership? That would mean you have previously upgraded the jaaxy membership included with your WP Premium membership from Lite to Pro. is that correct?
Yes, my Jaxxy membership. The signup page won't give me an option to use my credit card. keeps trying to make me use PayPal in which I don't use their services anymore.
That's weird, you should see a screen saying "Payment Source" and then "Change Payment Source to Credit Card". I would contact Site Support.

well, Ronnie -- appreciate your reply -- and from their message, it appears a number of your pages or posts are likely affected with possible security breaches ... looks like a service request to Site Support might be more helpful for you.... they normally would need to see your url, screenshots, date/time and any other particulars that will would help facilitate their prompt assistance....
here's the link to Site Support and as this is definitely related to your website, they are in the best placed position to technically get it squared away for you ...
