HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT SITE SUPPORT?. WITHIN WA.

Hi - I noticed you mentioned this in Live Chat yesterday. It is a pity that you didn't wait for any response, as Kyle was also in Live Chat, and asked you directly what the problem was. That would have been the ideal opportunity to resolve this.

Please note, I am a newbie. (Live chat - Never knew about 'Kyle'; being there?.
Also, note; I did put out to kyle weeks ago.

I remember; I was also told that; there would 2000 ahead of me to speak to 'Kyle'. I thought I would point that out too.

My problems with site support has been from since I started?. (See my past tickets to site support; that would help everyone)

Site support has always impressed me with the speed they have attended to issues I referred to them. In two instances, they have even exceeded my expectations. That's not to suggest they can not make mistakes. Afterall, they are human.
I would suggest you represent your case and see if it's handled differently.

In short;
(1) Say to do this and that to solve a problem. (SPAM)I do what they say; The next day-or-so; SPAM IS BACK!

(2) Back to SITE SUPPORT; To tell them the situation.
SiteSupport say; Leave it to us, we will fix the SPAM situation.

(3) The NEXT DAY-OR-SO; SPAM IS BACK.

(4) BACK TO SITESUPPORT; I THOUGHT YOU HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM?.

(5) SITE SUPPORT SAY; OH! CAN YOU SEND US A SCREENSHOT; OF WHAT YOU MEAN?

(6) I SEND SCREENSHOT; SITESUPPORT SAY;
WE HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM; GO TO YOYR WEBSITE AND SEE.

(7) NOTHING HAS CHANGED; SPAM KEEPS COMING BACK; EVEN THOUGHT;
I HAVE DONE WHAT SITE SUPPORT SAID TO DO.

(8) SITE SUPPORT HAVE SAID; THEY HAVE SORTED OUT THE UNWANTED SPAM SITUATION.

If you are talking about SPAM comments on your site good luck. WA does a good job of combating it but I would be surprised if they could eliminate it.
I found Disqus dose a good job but I don't care for the platform.

hope it all works out better for you ... spam is a headache even for the best of professionals ... best to try to identify what the source of it is and deal with it as best as possible ...

yes, encourage you to liaise with smarketeer ... he's got some really good discussion threads with members with similar issues...

all the very best ... take a break! ... likely need a wee rest from this and then go at it again ... :)

You do not need Kyle's surname to find his profile, where the Private Message button is located in ever WA member's profile. See screen print below...

When you click on the private message button from Kyle's (or Carson's) profile, you will arrive at: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/message/kyle.

Simply decide to click on ONE of the BOTTOM 3 choices to click on, so that you will be provided with a blank textbox that will be clearly labeled with "Contact Kyle or Carson" and this way, your message will arrive in Kyle's inbox.

You can select report content if you wish

I would start by contacting your themes support, also you could perhaps provide a screenshot of what Javascript issues you have when doing a speed test in Google page speed, then post your question in Live Chat or in a blog again, and someone might be able to help you.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you, I also have unwanted Javascript on my site, which I have ignored for some time because I'm not sure how to fix.

Hopefully, someone will have an answer for you.

I would start by contacting your themes support, also you could perhaps provide a screenshot of what Javascript issues you have when doing a speed test in Google page speed, then post your question in Live Chat or in a blog again, and someone might be able to help you.
