I can't do this! I will never be able to learn it!
THOUGHTS OUT OF LEFT FIELD!
Do you ever have thoughts like these go through your mind? Do you ever see Wealthy Affiliate members achieving success and then these pop into your mind? Do you ever look at the challenges in front of you and again these thoughts come up? Do they come out of left field unexpectedly?
I constantly have had them come into my mind and I believe it is a big part of why I have not been as consistant with creating content, posting to social media and doing SEO. I can only imagine where I would be now if I had just been able to consistently post and create the whole time I have been here at Wealthy Affiliate.
Shinning this light on this challenge I face daily hopefully will help me manage it better and I hope it can help just one person who also deals with this challenge.

For some reason I am afraid of doing reviews... weird huh.
Just the same I know I can.
Knowing you can do something makes up a large part of actually succeeding at doing it. I believe I will succeed yet these thoughts keep popping up in my mind despite knowing I can and will succeed. It's no longer a matter of it for me.

Thoughts have only the 'potential' to change how you approach life and challenges. What you do with them is the ' kinetic' you choose how you deal with them...I have a baseball field in my head and when those 'unwanted' or 'intrusive', in my case, thoughts pop up, they manifest as baseballs, I smack them out of the park shouting "Be gone, you do not serve me"..but hey, lifes good in my head....
I like the way you deal with unwanted thoughts and I am glad it works for you.
Getting rid of unhealthy thoughts is like weeding a garden. Stay on top of it and our minds will be in a great place!

I think it is human nature especially if you are faced with something outside of your comfort zone. The thoughts definitely jump into my head and I react by substituting the following - “how can I do this?” Doesn’t always work but very high percentage it does.

I like the way you react to thoughts popping into your head.
I will also try to ask myself that question.
Stopping to think and ask ourselves how we can do something helps break it down and make it not so scary(outside our comfort zone).
The mind is a funny sometimes.
