Hi - when this situation occurs, there is actually a button underneath the comment request - "report site" - here you can notify that the site is down etc.
Hello everyone,
Can anyone please help me with a HUGE problem I am having with my website?
It has been over a week now since I have been able to fully access my w
Hi Jody, a week is too long. Eight plugins is a bit high. Do they indicate any conflicts. Are you able to access your site through a search engine, ie: bing or Google. You have been since June 2018, when did this situation arise. What were the recent plugins you installed. You may try de-activating the some of the not so crucial plugins. Also I am assuming you are using the same browser. Have you recently done a cache clean up. If you want PM me your URL perhaps I may be able to assist.
Hello Jody, during Jay's last webinar he mentioned that having the more plugins you use the slower your site will run. Maybe your issue lies with your plugins.
Hi Jody, sorry you are having such trouble. Sondram’s advice seems sound or send a ticket to WA support and they will get back to you very quickly. Hope this helps.
I think SondraM has great advice here, Jody. When you have a problem like that, 99% of the time it’s going to be something that’s been changed. So, as Sondra says, try disabling your plugins one at a time until you find the one causing the problem. If it proves to be a plugin you rely on you may be able to find an alternative that does the same thing or report the problem to the plugin developers to see if they can fix it.
I hope you manage to find a solution.
Steve.
Hi Jody,
I'm sorry about your problems. I use Kale or it's sister theme Juliett on my sites.
I bet it is a plugin causing the problem. Are you able to access it the area that would allow you to turn them off, one at time as you trouble shoot?
You might also do a Google search of the different plugins and their compatability with Kale. You might not be the only one having the issue.
If you need, PM the list of Plugins that you are using. I might be able to tell you which ones are NOT causing me any problems.
Why is my website using kale by lyrathemes slow?
