In general
A blog is usually defined as something that has about 350 words in it. An article can run up to 5000.
A post is roughly something in-between these two extremes.
Over 5000 words can get to be too much for a reader who wants to get their information, and move on. Keep things as short as possible and on topic. Drifting topics can confuse your reader and hurt your SEO.
To answer your question - I've seen people who were successful with as few as 10 and also wait until they had over 100. So, I would say it would depend on your niche, your personal style, and level of comfort.

During the training it will indicate in a specific lesson when to begin sharing your posts and pages to your social media websites. Basically, you want to share your content to encourage people to come visit your site.
Ideally, you would want to have enough content to keep people looking at your site rather than reading one post and leaving right away. The choice is yours regardless so try to give people a variety of posts to read when they come to your site. I would advice you to continue your training and it will walk you through all the phases.

I would share each Page/Post. I, personally, don't share on Facebook with family and friends but I do use other social sites. SHARE THEM ALL!

When you install SUPER SOCIALIZER, there are many social sites included. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, The Vine, Instagram, etc. This is what the icons look like...

For example, let's say I wanted to write a post on baking a pie. I would title it "How to bake a pie". Now I figured that most people would simply type in the keyword "bake pie"
in my opinion - "how to bake a pie" is really not that long of a keyword. That's what I would search in google if it were me. "bake pie" doesn't really make sense.
"how to bake a pie in 10 short really simple easy steps" would be a long tail keyword =).
Having quality content will be the key to getting your site ranked. Time is always the X factor...hard to say when it will happen
... use exact match with your long tail keyword - it will give laser sharp relevant results - these are the people that are looking for you!
