Where can I access my website? I tried logging in from wordpress.com but there

It is not possible to downgrade from Premium to free member.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/leoemery/blog/here-s-the-answer-about-downgrading-from-premium

To access your site, type in your domain and wp-admin, like this:

http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin

You will have 30 days after cancelling WA Premium to make a Back Up of the full content that can be used to re-upload the site to any host.

I use BackWPup, and it lets you save your backup to 3 locations - your computer, a USB drive, and Dropbox or other storage places. https://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/

However, your Premium account is permanent and can be resumed at any time. Your hosting is maintained for 30 days, and if you need a bit of an extension to resume payments, without moving your site, I'm sure Kyle and Carson would do what they can to assist you with that.

~Jude

You should have transfered your site over too SiteRubix.com free site before canceling your premium membership.
Your free membership does not expire, you get 2 free sites.

will this affect my domain name?
thanks

No, your domain is good for a year or however long you purchased it for, You just won't have hosting for your site without premium membership.

ok thanks

@brubecke - No, one cannot downgrade from Premium to free. See my post above. ~Jude

@Jon1980

Your domain name stays at the domain registrar where you registered it, e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy or wherever. Keep that as it is. It is a separate account from your hosting.

You will need to sign in to your domain registrar account if and when you get new hosting, as that is where you will change the DNS address to point to wherever your website will be hosted.

~Jude

thanks for the helpful info

You have to get your website transferred and hosted elsewhere. Wordpress does not host the website for you.

I pm Kyle and he mentioned that I have to take note of my wp admin username and password to continue access to my website, what does that mean?
thanks

That means that you can always modify or work on your website. Except that you have to host it somewhere.

So I can still access my website via WA or where do I have to access my site when my membership ends?
Thanks

When you bought your domain, do you remember doing the DNS transfer? That means you moved your website to have it hosted
by WA.

So once your membership ends, WA will no longer be able to host your website to access anymore. You have to do another DNS transfer to another hosting company to access your site to work on

if your site still shows up in "Build my website" then you can click on "Build my website" then on the right click "Details" and it will display your password and username.

Changing DNS don't move your website.

I cannot find out who to talk to, to receive my reimbursement once I cancel my account. Help desk or something please assist!

so where should i use this passowrd and user name to log into my website?

@Awesch007 - Have you clicked on the Cancel account button. I never have, so I'm not sure what it says, but I imagine it would give you the information you require:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/membership/manage

If not, send Kyle a private message. ~Jude

@Jon1980

In the address bar, type your domain name like this:

http://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

That gives you the login page to access your WP admin area.

Where can I access my website? I tried logging in from wordpress.com but there is no website found under my wp account.

as it is being hosted here at WA you have to access it through here, if your missing one month then you need to back your site up and let Kyle or Carson know , see Jude has already given you the link wish you all the best with it

thanks katie

Jon,

If you know you are resuming Premium payment a month later, I'm pretty sure you can arrange with Kyle or Carson to keep your site hosted here. I don't think you should have any problems getting a bit of an extension.

In the meantime you will need to access your site through your WP-admin page:

http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin

You will need to save a copy of your login details from the Build My Website section to be able to login from the wp-admin page instead of the Build My Website area.

~Jude

Hi, I clicked on the link to the website, but cant access, is there something else I ne to do?
Thanks

I manged to log in already, thanks a lot

Glad you figured it out. ~Jude

I just looked at your profile and you are still marked as premium member. Maybe before it expires, you could Click on
"Build my website" then on the right click "Move" and move it to an free
SiteRubix domain.

Did you already transfer your site to another hosting company, or not yet? I think it has to be hosted already.

I have not moved, because i plan on coming back

Maybe you need to email kyle and ask him this.

If you do that,You will more than likely lose some info. However is you just stop being a premium member,And it is paid for.You are ok.Ken

Hi all, I deleted all my properties in GA and set up as per new.I followed the training and repeat everything but its not working, been a week

I need help.

Thanks

Did you go back and review the training to make sure you didn't miss any steps? Mine didn't work for me the first time I did it, but I don't remember why. Here's one of Jay's most excellent training videos. Hope it helps. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/beginner-s-guide-to-google-analytics

this is the training i followed, but still not working.

I don't know, then. Hopefully, someone quite knowledgeable i GA will come along SOON. Good Luck!

I just sent a support ticket, hopefully it will help.
Thanks anyway and have a great day.

Hi Jon1908, did you get this fixed, I'm having the same problem, and was thinking about deleting the account and resigning up again.
