A Perfect Keyword, Zero QSR!
Tell me friends, is this keyword too good to be true?
I've heard others mention in the past they found this type of keyword before, but until today I never have found such a gem.
Today I wrote a compelling article on my website around a keyword with these numbers:
That's an AVG of 231 Searches......and a QSR = 0!
And the keyword is highly relevant, makes sense, and is a perfect fit for my article.
Is there a "catch" here, or is this keyword just an Amazing find?
How many others here have found and wrote an article for a keyword where QSR = 0, and tell me how did you fare with it?
Cheers,
Kaju

I don’t really understand the ranking algorithm..
If your keyword(s) makes Logical/linguistic/grammatical sense, and is getting Traffic yet has “Zero” Competition, Why is the SEO line Not 100%?
... just an observation .. hope it is an Awesome find for you :-)
That's a great question Joe! I mentioned this to another here as well, it should be close (if not) 100%!
I haven't checked the SERPs but will do,
It could be a glitch, but then again it might not.
Wow - the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Sounds too good to be true but I hope it brings you results! Personally, I've never found a zero QSR keyword, but that's the beauty about what we're doing...if you keep trying and plugging away, who knows what's around the corner.
Good luck in all you do!
Jane
Thanks Jane, it just MAY be too good to be true...and not only for me but for all of us here who use QSR as an evalutaor.
Wish us all Luck!! Why do we still use qsr if google no longer recognizes it?
Thanks again Jane:)! Here's a great Tokyo story for you on my new YT channel:) Send me your YT link and I will Subscribe. You can Subscribe to my channel here:)

I have found a couple of keywords with zero competition. Since I am in the MMO niche it is a rare sight though because once a product gets launched. there are launch jackers which get their posts and videos ranked first so they get the traffic and harder for you to rank.
Or
Older programs being promoted still and there is some competition for it.
Anytime that you can find one of those rare zero QSR keywords go for it.
I hope all is well with you?
Matthew
Thanks Matthew, I am going for it and will still use QSR.
But there are some concerns here, after some comments I have received from senior members. Why do we still use qsr if google no longer recognizes it?

I've found numerous KW and KW phrases that are between 0-10 which I also thought is amazing. Especially since a lot of them are phrases that would be common. Concerning how I've done with them, I'm not sure.
Thanks J, that sounds great. Please check those articles rankings and let us know:)

Hi Kaju
Great keyword so use it.
I actually find these ones on a regular basis and with a lot more searches and traffic volume, so they are there to be found.
Hope your Saturday has been going well.
Robert
Thanks for the confirmation Robert.
If what Marion states is true, it concerns me that Google no longer uses QSR (quoted search results) for ranking. If that's the case, then the QSR metric in Jaaxy is essentially useless, and we are all wasting our time using it.
However after reading some of the comments here, I have some new concerns Robert. Maybe we all need to be concerned. Why do we still use qsr if google no longer recognizes it?
Hi Again Kaju
I agree with Marion as well simply because using a LSI Algorithm Google carries out statistical analysis of the type of language and vocabulary used in a page and compares it with similar posts with relevant keywords and vocabulary.
Therefore Google uses semantic principles and ranks your post based on the true meaning of the content rather than keywords.
Its still ok to have a main keyword though so if/when you find a good one you should use it.
Enjoy your Sunday.

I also agree with Jovo (JVranges).
Although QSR is accurate, I agree that it is meaningless, because it does not measure true competition the same way Google is doing using Unquoted Search Results (USR).
Which Google should be doing, as almost everyone searches on Google without using quotes around the term.
This is aside from the Latent Semantic Indexing ranking of related terms and phases to that main keyword that Google is using.
I wish there was a tool for USR, I don't know why there isn't.. Maybe someone should make one and become rich off of it.
That would be most relevant and save lots of time.
Okay Robert, have a GReat Day:)
