Help With Indexing and Google Fetch
Hi folks!
Again, I'm sorry, this is a question, not a blog, and again, I have to upload screenshots to illustrate the issue!
So here's the thing: I used Google Fetch to speed up my content indexing, following the steps detailed in boomergp08's great training:
I pasted the URL of the last post I published yesterday.
As you see, it tells me that status is "Redirected". I don't know what that means, so I hit "Request indexing", logical!
I clicked "Crawl only this URL". Then, I checked in Google,
All pages and posts seem to be indexed including the newest post (I trimmed the screenshot). Am I good, or there's further action needed? Should I do this with every new content?
Many Thanks.
ZED,

The reason you are getting a "Redirected" is because you have www prior to your domain name.
As Kyle says in his training about registering your website with Google Webmaster Tools (now Search Console) you MUST NOT USE www because it will cause problems with your indexing
Your domain name should be http://wearabletechnet.com and NOT http://www.wearabletechnet.com
Can I fix that in Site settings and set prefered domain to "Display URLs as wearabletechnet.com"?
Verification in Google shows that all content is indexed, that doesn't mean anything?
I believe you can change it but you may want to ask someone who has. I have never had to do so myself and could not give you the exact steps to make the change.
However, regardless of whether you change it or not, your content is being indexed, maybe not as fast as it would if the domain was correct, but it is still getting indexed.
Paul is right, your url is having 2 // behind the .com/ and you start out with one.
Here is a little help for asking questions with the ability to add an image. Ask your question in the search bar, then scroll down the suggestions, and you will find at the bottom a new question form, where you can add an image :)
Yes Paul, I might have selected the slash and pasted it with title but, I think Google automatically correct this. Or do I have to go back and redo it?
PS: I checked. The slash was already there and I just pasted the title of the post! I tried again but the same: redirected.
What about the site indexation results in Google (site:domain) which shows all the content?
He is also being redirected because he is using www and like Kyle says, using www will cause indexing problems with Google.
Sure Anis, here it is: How to Get Your Content Indexed in Google within Hours Rob has many other great stuff too :)

Did you put the forward slash / at the end of the page you are trying to index? This sometimes helps
