Wealthy Affiliate Premium membership is more than worth it and if you're on the fence, here are a few reasons why you should stop thinking about it and take ACTION TODAY.
And if you do so, my advice (from experience) is to keep moving forward and never look back!

I agree with you that it is hard to compare the value we get here as a Premium member. In March 2020, I took advantage of WA's last bargain annual membership for $299. That amount will never change for life as long as I maintain my annual subscription.

I am just a few months newbie and have to yet find more time for WA towards building a monetized website to build; my initial ideas are already there short of a product page; can you help answer a question and that is at what stage in either the OEC program or Affiliate Bootcamp do I get pointers and direction towards an up and running product page?

Excellent points about the Premium membership here on this WA platform. The positive benefits could go on and on. WA platform provides much more than just an education. All of us are sharing and helping each other to pay it forward. When we struggle in building our authority niche, we get total help here including Site Support, they are real people rather than a virtual bot.

I have been here since 2013, well worth the investment. I spend as much keeping fuel in my truck so I can get to my gigs and job sites as a year of being here. I always find a way to make that payment. And this year on Black Friday I am goint to bump it up to Plus and pay for the whole year up front.
