Hello all. I have $134 in my "your next paycheck" column for like the last 7 months. I haven't been active lately, but I still should have got paid right? I got paid twice, and
The Threshold is at least 5% of referrals must go from Starter to Premium. You also need to Cash Out the credits before the 1st of the month, then you will be paid on the 1st.
Does that threshold count for former premium members who later left the service? Where can I find a stat that states how many members went premium?

Too bad you didn't export your content first before deleting your website. Move Post or Page From One Website to Another So, as long as the content from your deleted site was not taken word for word from another website, then, yes of course you can reuse your content.
That aged URL you were using 2 years ago would benefit you to re-use too. An aged URL could work in your favour as it helps with your authority ranking.

When you publish a new post, input the URL into search console and request an index. Also update your sitemap in search console every time you publish a new post. Hope this helps!
Yes! It should search for your URL and then offer the option to "index now" or something along those lines.

They will be issued an email from the WA servers using the email address on their WA account, regarding a comment or private message has been sent to their WA account, yes.
It will matter whether they log back in to read it... or not.
