What is the experience of the team.
I do like the visual look of sliders as my site has the option for inclusion and I have a specific slider plugin.

Sorry don't much about that! I am just focusing on getting content. Got a couple of AMAZON books just for eye appeal. (I like to see them:)
The books are not random, but relevant to my site. Still in the production mode!
I do not use sliders. I prefer to keep my page easier to update. Sliders just complicates a process complicated enough for me.

Easy enough to load to the site, if you keep them generic they do not need to change.
It is more the loading time when you log in I am more worried about.
I used to have a slider, but have never received many clicks from it. If you like the look, try it out and see if you can get more clicks to some of your pages. The home page is often a popular place to visit on a site.
I never seem to get many clicks form the slider, it does load slower but I like the look.

I don't have a slider, but I have rotating carousels from an Amazon widget, pretty sure that is why mine loads slow. I do like the look of them though and they are interactive too. :))

Well, it was my first site,wanted to get my feet wet before I dug into a WA promotional site.
I am still getting there too. all learning and practice and one day I will get it all right.
I'm not sure yet how it will affect traffic, but I have a slider on my site - it doesn't seem to load slowly at all. I've gotten compliments on it, though. My site is still in production mode, however, and I'm not totally focused on traffic.
What theme did you choose?

I'm not sure what are you trying to do, but if you need to put the code into the head of the site, go to editor, or appearance->editor->header.php and enter the code.

I have the exact same problem. I was about to PM Kyle about it until I saw this. Have you solved it yet? If so, how?
Hi sorry for the late reply.
I went to All in One SEO in the dashboard > Feature manager and installed the XML sitemaps. Then added the Sitemap details as shown to the Webmaster tools and all worked.

I have done what you said (I think) but after activating the SEO XML sitemaps when you say "Then added the Sitemap details as shown to the Webmaster tools" do you mean what was said in the video? Should I delete my sitemap from Webmaster tools and then resubmit it? Or do you mean that there is instructions with the SEO XML Sitemaps thing, because I just activated it and it didn't say what else to do so I presumed that was it... please help! lol
Hi once activated the SEO sitemap that is all.
Then resubmit your sitemap in webmaster tools. If this has no errors then you are up and running nothing more to do at this stage.
You can delete the errored site map in webmaster tools.
I still have the same issue after re-submitting my sitemap and then deleting it and submitting it again.. :(

http://reviews-on.uk/sitemap.xml - which appears to work ok - as it is an xml file which points to various sub sitemap files (which is the way it works on one of my sites too).
However, it does say to check out their FAQs: http://www.arnebrachhold.de/redir/sitemap-x-faq/ - and their support forum: http://www.arnebrachhold.de/redir/sitemap-x-support/ - if you have any problems.
Have you reported the issue you're having there?
For what it's worth, on my sites, I've used the All In One SEO and the WordPress SEO by YOAST to generate my sitemaps - and so far, I've had no issues with them.

Of course without it I still have 65 URL's indexed by Google already.

Quick question guys. On my profile the grey box with the count only shows on my questions, not my blogs or network.Do I have to wait for the 3 month deadline before these show u
I can see them, so it might be a browser issue on your side. I see you have 6 blogs, 3 questions, and 161 network.
