I didn't want to lose the wordpresss. I have a backup pn my computer but I cant log in to wordpress with the same login credentials I had from WA.
If i delete a site, will the wordpress be deleted as well?

If you have wordpress on computer that is a totally different password than on here.
That pw is one you set.
You can change that under cpanel from what I remember.
Make sure you fully back up any web page here so that you will not loose content.
WA should have a back up here they can restore if you need them to.
The support is good here,give them a try for help as well.
It seems to download everything fine except images. It's telling me they cannot be saved. It works fine on their test site though. Is this due to WA restrictions and if so can t
Are you trying to move your website to WA hosting? The hosting here will move it for you if you have just one.
You can also try WP clone.
Not sure if this is what you are doing though.
You can use an FTP client to upload your pics, most times there are issues exporting/importing pics due to file structures and tags associated with the images.
If you are comfortable with FTP, that's your best and easiest route to move your images, then they should appear automatically in your WP site.

The files are all 500x500 jpegs. I could upload them with ftp but the reason I'm using the plug-in is to import a lot of products into WooCommerce with single images via data-feed. It would take forever to find online/download/upload/attach images to products afterwards.

Yes! It was the slider images that came with the demo template. They required outgoing connections to an outside url every time the image rotated and WA hosting does not allow that. I had to delete the demo home page and now am working on rebuilding from scratch with my own images hosted here.
Thanks Angela. I tried uploading via WA (I am hosted here) but kept getting an error saying something like "could not upload. Try again? I read through forums and found that some themes need to use FTP. It seems to be there and I can see it on my sight, I just can't really do anything to it in the customize section because it is halting. I will try a support ticket.

You shouldn't have to upload the theme via ftp. You can upload zip files in dashboard.
appearance > themes > add new at the top and then you should see an upload button
