Quote for the day, found this while doing some research. I always love how the most profound things can be said in such a condensed way. It really blows my mind.

To explain this I will give you the example of a crew on a ship needs a destination to steer the ship on the right course to get there.

So we like the ship need a "destination". We make grocery lists etc. and no list for us to follow in our lives. It can start with just writing a list of things to do for the day and tick it off when it's accomplished. It leaves you feeling like you had a purpose and really had control of your day and what you got done in it.
