the duplication only happens in the admin where you login to edit or add new post or pages the weird thing is it is the the last post that I
added on march 3 and it duplicated 700 times so I have to delete all those entries and it times a lot of time

Can you give a little more info? Where is it being duplicated? Is it on your site or on other sites?

You can't use FileZilla with XML files you have to import the files
Through wordpress .. Follow the steps that were sent with your
XML files .. There's a feature inside your new wordpress site at wa to import the files .. I had the same problem and had to do the same thing

Once you have the password straightened out, you might think of using a plugin like I do for uploading and downloading to your website. It is like FTP but it is done from your website. You can find the plugin, MiwoFTP at:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/miwoftp/ and it is free.

First of all I would use Nathaniel's training because chances are you are using the wrong password Troubleshoot Connecting to FTP at WA if that doesn't work then yes it's a question for support

Hey Gadfi, i like the content, very focused niche. I'm glad I visited your site. I love Oscar fish and own a 55 gallon and plan on getting a bigger one, because Oscars get BIG! Would like to say that your photo of fish tank was good choice and caught my interest but I felt it was cropped too small. Would like to suggest making fish tank photo a little larger to balance more with other photos in your post.
