Site Comments. Im So Disappointed
I thought that now there was some organisation with site comments, that I would be able to go and get some credits to use on my new site. I got a notification to my apple watch that there was a website that wanted comments, but within minutes it must have gone! I was there precicely 3 minutes later and there was none !
Is it really that there aren't any? And the reason now can't be that people are using it to earn because Kyle has changed the parameters to reduce the number of disapproved comments. But still there are none to review.
I dont think I have been able to review any for at least a week.
I dont want to have to pay for comments.

It sounds like you've had some good suggestions from those who have responded to your post. I was able to comment on 2 sites today in Site Comments. Haven't been there in awhile to use it as I was showing up to find that others had already snagged the posts and commented, so I stayed away for a bit. But since Kyle and Carson have made changes with it, I thought I'd try again. :)
I need comments on one of my posts, so I can PM you when I'm ready to list it in Site Comments.

I feel your pain. I work full-time and am raising my children with my wife. When I have time to go to site comments and leave some most times there are none available.
It is becoming a big problem for me as well since we need them to help grow our website authority. I am willing to give to get back but so far this is not working for me.
I really do not want to have to pay either for comments. It is too expensive.

I have 7 comments but did not see you.
I wonder if your comment preference is set to a narrow margin. Therefore you are not getting some posts to comment on.

Yes thought about that too laura so Ive increased my preferences, Ive kept a few that Im not interested out but Ive been a lot more broad!
pm me a link to your site and I'll leave you a comment. Sometimes I use the "give and take comment thread" to ask for comments. You might try that. Need website comments? the give and take comment thread
I get frustrated with that some days, too. Some days are busier than others. It seems like a lot of effort to have to keep a tab open and refresh all the time to catch them while they're in there, but as Sondra says, sometimes that's the way to do it! Also, as Diane has already posted, the give and take thread is good too. I'll be posting a couple today for comments. Hope you see them :-)
Helen, when I want to offer comments, I have a the offer comments page open on my computer while I am working. That way, I can see the requests as they pop up. You may need to refresh the screen every now and then. By doing that, I have always been able to offer multiple comments each day.
If you wait for notifications, you will probably miss out on most of the opportunities to comment.

We are rolling out some changes this week. We have SO many active commenters now, that we have to deal with that issue. It is a good issue to have from a platform standpoint , and it will take some small modifications to fix it.
Fully understand Kyle, monumental job and whilst it definitely is a great issue to have, I understand the problems. Other awesome members have given me ideal solutions right now that still allows me to pay it forward which paying for credits doesn't. Will look forward to the changes ! have a great weekend !
