Thanks kindly for your question however to provide possible assistance -- would you please kindly clarify or state clearly what exact issue you are experiencing with Wordpress... :)
Alright,
Today we are all to solve my issue with my domain. First, support instructs me to:
You will have to install WordPress on your site through WA panel.
Hi Walter,
Did you start the training here? If you follow it, it will take you through everything step-by-step.
You can find the training here: Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1
Hey Walter,
Check out the screen print below... to go to where you can build your website(s) from.
You can choose a free domain (recommended until you know exactly what you want to do) by clicking on that choice and following the prompts from there, or you can register your own domain (which there is a cost of around $15 US funds).
Hope this helps you.
OK, if you are hosting your site here, there is no need to install Wordpress - use SiteBuilder to create your site just like Kyle shows in Level 1, Lesson 3: Building Your Website If you are not hosting your website here, then you will need to work with the support staff at your host.
I'm sorry. Keep posting the question. Someone will help you. Did you contact kyle or support?
Hopefully my answer will solve his issue, however, I have a feeling that the 'support' he refers to is not WA - they would never tell a user to install Wordpress, as that is an automated process here at WA.

My domain does not or is not certified?

So am I due for a refund? I believe It was an investment of $13 dollars. I'm on a very tight budget. And really need that investment to be transferred to my account?

not sure i understand your question. could you be a little more specific as to what happened?
Thanks brother for asking,
Here:
Hi Walter,
Payment for the following domain(s) has been processed and the details are as follows:
Order #: 7H275332XM300311M
Domain Registration Period: 1 year
topwealthyaffiliate.com ($13.99)
-------------------------
Total: $13.99
Congratulations on registering your brand new domain(s)!
And the "challenge" is still in process. In the "site domain" platform, "DOMAIN TRANSFER", I'm now am prepared to "Transfer my Domain to WA"! So, on the next prompt that sets you up to take action to transfer..here:
"Wealthy Affiliate now offers the ability to transfer your
existing Domains! Enter your domain name and
a transfer verification code to get started!"
The results are: "Enter your domain name and
a transfer verification code to get started!"
Resulting in my now finding the process to remedy the problem has now given me that focus needed to work it out...doesn't work that way (as several WA affiliates, Kyle included) has given me "step by step" instructions with illustrations as well. But when I actually perform the task at hand...the desired results were not what my "mentors" had with there application being used.
to be continued
And here's chapter two of: Trying my best but the results desired is not occurring. Here is Kyles response.:
Sorry, what are you wanting here Walter? You purchase this domain, this is within your account. Is that the domain that you are planning on using for your business.
It appears that you need to turn on SiteSSL and make your website https:// (encrypted), head over the the SiteRubix => SiteManager page. Here is the direct link:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
Within that page you will be see the SitePlus link, click that. (see attached) Then you will want to "toggle" the SiteSSL feature to "ON" status and SSL will be added to your website within 30 seconds. It is that easy!
This should fix that security issue you are getting with this domain.
Step 1: Click SitePlus Link view image Step 2: Toggle SiteSSL to On view image
in conclusion:
I'm in "https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites"
But what Kyle is sharing regarding:
Within that page you will be see the "SitePlus" link, click that. (see attached) Then you will want to "toggle" the "SiteSSL" feature to "ON" status and SSL will be added to your website within 30 seconds. It is that easy! Not quite an accurate conclusion. Because this is the results that I had encountered:
Brother,
I wrote a book almost regarding my mess. What the deal is that I'm having a very difficult time figuring out how to get my page up and running.
You didn't get all that information that I had sent you earlier today?
Oh well,
Walter

The approval code was not created because the domain name was already taken. ?
