Create a support ticket by clicking on Websites and then Site Support. That's what it's there for. There is no telephone call to make :)

I am a new Premium WA member who tried to transfer my 3 old domain names
from godaddy.com last May 23,2018 before they expire.
I moved all 3 to WA and paid the requi

Transferring domains shouldn't take the full 7-10 days, but they should still be able to transfer.
I am unsure about the credit for the failed transfer. I would contact support for that. As for the new domains the .com's are not lost forever. They are just being put back on the market. Have you tried to get them again through WA? Hope this helps.

What is my Privacy Policy URL?
It should be example.com/privacy-policy unless you chose a different title. Check the permalink on the page when you're in edit mode or check what's in the browser's address bar when you're looking at the published page.
