How can I add a Google conversion tracking snippet here in Affiliate section Link and tracking tab?
This is discussed in the bootcamp training. @AbieAJ has the link for you. This is specifically for tracking PPC conversions in Adwords. Is that what you're trying to do?
Yes, the interface on the Google ads Conversion tab has changed, there they show two codes, one for the global sites and below that one is a 3-4 line snippet code. Which do I have to use?

It looks like others have given you a good explanation. Start on the training features and you will gain a deeper understanding as you follow through.

The first one My training Activity is simply that which shows the training you have gone through either by Kyle, Jay or training created by other members
The second and third are both similar to each other in that you can select and individual section you want to focus on along with any future training up comings.
Hope that helps it is also best to click each one along with selecting the individuals sections at the top to get a better understand you may have on the topics at hand or future ones so you know what is upcoming.

One of my refferal has created more than one starter account and he activated one account. Rest duplicate account she forgot login credential, how can I remove that inactive ac
You will not be able to remove someone else's account yourself. It will not hurt your stats in any way however so you really don't have to worry about it.
Perhaps you could advise your referral to send a message to either Kyle or Carson to request the inactive account be deleted or the log in credentials be sent to them so they can do it themselves, but I see no way for you to remove someone else's information yourself.
It might affect the 5% Threshold for commissions, so you could ask your referral to use the forgot password option and to then delete the account themselves from within Account Settings
I suppose it could but doubtful. I have several referrals that are obviously spam or never going to be used and still had no problem collecting commissions when the first person went premium.
As long as you are within the 5% you are ok, I.e. 1 in 20, so if you have 19 Starter Members and 1 Premium Member, you will get paid ok :-)

I think all premium member have star ⭐ symbol beside his profil
@Hamish58 is correct. That means this person is your referral here to the community. You can tell he's premium because there's a green circle around his profile image. Both starters and premium referrals will show the little blue people symbol.
Here's what I see when I look at your image Haren! (attached)
That is the symbol that shows they are your referral this only shows to you no one else. If I look at their profile I will see the star.🧐
