As we talked about in chat for 10 minutes rrrrrrighttttt before you posted this, get with Carson and he can help you directly.

From Carson:

"Email forwarding is an outdated technology that no longer functions reliably, which is why we do not offer it here at WA. Modern email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and others often reject forwarded emails because email forwarding lacks the necessary security and authentication measures, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Additionally, forwarding can increase the risk of emails being flagged as spam or outright blocked.

If you currently have email forwarding set up at WA, we recommend deleting those forwards and instead setting up dedicated webmail email addresses for sending and receiving messages securely.

Alternatively, if you prefer using Gmail to manage your domain-based emails, we can help set up Google Workspace for your domain. This would allow you to send and receive emails via Gmail while ensuring proper authentication and deliverability. Let us know if you’d like assistance with this."
